State Field from Salesforce not bringing over values to template

Hi, I have a merge field that is a State picklist field in Salesforce. I am trying to add that field to a template, however none of the values are being pulled over and it won’t let me save the template because it says “One or more of the dropdown fields doesn't have any options.” I would assume that because this is mapped to Salesforce it would bring over all of the salesforce values. Is this incorrect? Am I to maintain both the salesforce picklist values AND DocuSign picklist values separately? Or am missing something in setting of of these fields.

I am new to docusign and am looking to see if this is even possible.We create many different templates based off all of the same pages. Simple example. Template 1 might have 6 pages of the exact same page and Template 2 is the same pages but only 4 copies of the same page.It is possible to make a worst case scenario situation template (has the most pages in it as possible), populate the merge fields, and if certain fields are blank then hide/remove the pages with blank fields? Basically is it possible to conditionally hide pages?

Salesforce - Word-Based Template with Open Fields

We are using a Word-based Template with Salesforce and DocuGen, but there will be some sections in the PDF that will not be filled by Salesforce, is there a way to add on the Word template the open text boxes I was thinking maybe a tag exists for this, but I’m not finding in the documentation.Currently, it allows to add the open text box after the PDF is generated and prior to sending the document, but it is not scalable to add them manually each time after the document is generated.I see the Online Editor allows this mix of indicating Salesforce fields and add text boxes for the template, however, this editor is much more constrained in formatting options, so we would prefer it to be with the Word based Template.

IMPORTANT BLOCKER: Multiple instance of flow run for When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)

Hi,When an envelop signature is completed, we expect this flow to run only once, but it gets triggered many times (between 4 to 11 times our users reported).We have tried to create with different versions of connectors. V1 the same issue, V2 does not work at all, v3 the same issue. Could you please guide us if there is something we can do, or is it a problem with the trigger itself and needs to be updated by Microsoft/Docusign?ThanksBest regardsHamed

Hi, I am setting up an Envelope Template and I have selected the checkbox “Attach documents from Salesforce record”. However, when I test this template out the files are not attaching from the ‘Notes & Attachments’ related list even though there is a record there.

Maximum number of Active custom connect configurations exceeded. - When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3) - DocuSign

Hi Since last weekend my flow fails all the time due to problems with "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" stage as a trigger.The trigger does not pick up any envelopes sent from DocuSign and gives me this message all the time "Maximum number of Active custom connect configurations exceeded. Try disabling or removing existing custom configurations." I removed everything I could, checked my connections, there is not many and it still do not work. Everything was working fine last week and something happened over the weekend and cause this problem now.Please help.

Reminder settings are not working when we send the envelope using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate.

I am currently using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate to send and receive e-signatures for documents. DocuSign application has the ability to set up sending reminders until the document is signed. However, I have tried setting up reminders through the settings menu, but have not received any reminder emails from the DocuSign application. Can you please help me solve this issue?

"When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" is creating multiple Connect configurations

Hello Community,I’m using a flow in Power Automate to save documents from completed envelopes to sharepoint and API the detail to another service. I successfully used "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" to trigger the flow and provide the needed documents and detail, but every individual run of the flow (one envelope), creates a duplicate of the Docusign Connect configuration. Very soon after, this results in too many requests at a time because every envelope is basically requested a few dozen times. How would I prevent this from happening? All I did to connect Power Automate’s "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" is to choose my account, give the flow a name, and choose to listen to completed envelopes, the initial Connect configuration was created automatically.

Change the default status of the Sign Now Button

We have just updated our version of docusign which is integrated with Salesforce. We have noticed that with this upgrade the button ‘sign now’ is now defaulted to zero (unticked) where as it used to be ticked. It is just another small step that our workers need to remember to do in their process flow. Power Automate Docusign Connector Stopped working

Just this morning, my connection for Docusign Connect stopped working completely. I keep receiving the error: Request to the backend service timed out - and Error 503, or the service is unavailable.I immediately tried to re-validate the connection, that did not work. I then deleted it, now I’m unable to add it back. This has stopped our corporate paperwork system dead in its tracks.Has anyone else experienced an outage with the production connector for Docusign connect in power automate?I was able to add the demo connector without issue, but I am not completely unable to add the connector back even after sanitizing it from our environment.

Adding dynamic data to custom fields

I tried using Power Automate to update the text in Custom fields from my excel sheet into the template that I have created in Docusign, I tried importing the info of the Custom field by using the function “Get Custom Field Info” but I noticed that it wont import anything and it will still show as successfully run. I am trying to import the field info so I can put that info to run the “Update the envelope custom field” which will update the values of the respective custom fields. Can anyone help me with this please?

When specific envelopes are completed, create a file with their contents in a SharePoint site

I have a power automate flow in which I get a document from SharePoint, create an envelope with it, then send it to users to sign. Then, I use a separate flow that when the envelope status changes, to then get the completed document and create a file in SharePoint with it. I have run into a couple issues that I cannot solve: This DocuSign account will be used to send many types of documents but I only want one type of document to be sent to this SharePoint site (for example NDAs signed by employees but not contracts send to customers). Is this possible? Below is the second flow I was using but it is works for all envelopes rather than just what I want; and after succeeding, it tries to then run the same final action many times and fails. (my guess is that it’s because the envelope goes through many status changes before being completed but since you can only have one file with a specific name it can’t create a new one for each status change). Is there a better way to do this? By the wa

Third party app integration envelope usage

Hi, I have integrated an application with DocuSign using the Apps and Integration keys in DocuSign, everything is working however when I promoted the app to Production it required an Admin to login and approve it but now the envelopes sent via the app are being allocated to the admin login whereas I had created the app under a service account and had hoped the envelope usage would be allocated to this account. Is there any way to accomplish this?

CLM not finding Salesforce Field

I created a new field in Salesforce on the CPQ Quote object, API field is ‘All_TD_Product_Codes__c’. It is a Long Text (15,000). It is visible to all Profiles. I go to DocuSign CLM > Admin > Form > ‘Order Form’ > Add Fields > Link to Saleforce field and search for ‘All’ but it does not show up. Help?

DocuSign with Salesforce - Limitations

Hi Experts,We are planning to generate PDF documents for contracts in Salesforce. There is a limitation in salesforce that you can generate PDF only upto 2 MB size and also only 1000 requests per Org. Hence, we are unable to use Salesforce Omnistudio document generation. If we go with DocuSign solution, we will be able to accomplish the above requirements and what is the max size limit on the PDF and how many documents max we will be able to generate in an hour?
