Hi All, About the new version to Integration with M-Files, I have a problem with authenticate the user ID on M-Files Admin, I added the correct user and password, but appears an error with password or ID. Somebody know if is a API problem ?

I am using a template created with DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce.  The recipients are dynamic and have contact records in Salesforce.  The template is referencing an object that has a lookup to the contact in Salesforce.  The Salesforce default email address is in a standard field called Email and the template uses that email address for the send.Is it possible to set the field that the template references to a field other than the standard Email field in Salesforce?Thanks for your help!Scott

Hello! We’re using Zapier to connect our website’s form to Docusign, and conditionally send out envelopes to users who fill out a form. We’re running into issues where the connection between Zapier and Docusign expires regularly, causing our envelopes to not be sent. The exact error we’re getting in Zapier is “Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant” Reaching out to Zapier support, they responded with:Based on Docusign's documentation, it uses a default value of 720 hours (30 days) for token expiration. This means that if you've obtained the token by logging into your account, it will expire in 30 days from the first login. Hi, Receiving this error "You have not granted or have revoked your consent to be impersonated by DocuSign Apps Launcher." when sending a document although user have all the required permission in Permission Set and also Active in User management and in Docusign Account and also not able to see the Docusign Admin Tab in the sandbox

We have users wanting to use eSignature with the Approval App inside of MS Teams.  They are able to successfully prepare and send a document when they are not part of the signing order. However, should they include themselves on the signing order, they receive an error when they click the Prepare button.   We are able to re-create the issue, time and time again.  I’ve confirmed all have an active eSignature profile (2 are senders, 1 is a full fledge DS Admin) on the same account being referenced through MS Teams.  They all have a Teams account as well. Is anyone else seeing this issue?  If so, were you able to resolve it?

Hello, We are using DS eSignature with Salesforce with the DAL and we configured templates for Sales users to generate contract via eSign Salesforce merge fields and send for signature. Once sent and signed, some statuses of the Quote update. We noticed it’s the sender of the contract (the Sales then) who is the person captured to update the Salesforce field. It means we need to give specific permissions to them which is not ideal. Can we have the integration user to update the status as it is with CLM?Thank you

Hey Guys, I know how to set an expiration date within the DocuSign template or sending process. However, for our business case we need a way to set an exact time. I.e. the offer should not be valid for several days but in most cases only today until x pm. Is it possible to set an exact expiry time?Best regards, Tom 

Hello! I am testing our Workday integration with DocuSign. Everything is set up correctly on the Workday side - I’m able to verify the account ID, add the anchor text, and even start a document successfully. The issue is that once I open the document to sign, the DocuSign AutoPlace text fields are not working. I’m only able to place a field wherever I want on the document. I updated the document custom fields with the autoplace text and everything to match the anchor text in Workday. Is there something that I’m missing on the DocuSign settings side that is the root cause of this? Please help!

Hello,I’ve noticed that my Docusign signature from Zipforms appears different (weird font and all caps) than my signature when I send an envelope from Docusign itself.  I can’t figure out how to change the appearance of that signature (Docusign via zipforms).  Please help. Much Thanks

I have set up a rule using the docusign add in for Google Drive so that completed employment contracts are saved directly into google drive but it will not allow me to select the file path in the google drive and is saving everything in the initial folder location.How do i drill down so that saved documents go into a specific file path?

Each document contains an optional signature field. Is there a way to find out which of the documents has been signed after completion via one of the Salesforce records? Hello Docusign/Salesforce integration users, As I know, When the document is completed and signed by all signers, Docusign will writeback this document to the standard related lists “Files” or “Notes and Attachments” under the salesforce record. Can this feature be customized and Docusign writebacks the completed file to another custom object or this is not supported?  Thanks. 

In the case object we are having a  multipicklist , if we select multiple picklist values we need to capture those values and get saved in the docusign gen template with diferent values.   how to conigure for multipicklist values?

I see that when I am in a SharePoint list I can do mappings but when I am in a Document Library that option in the SharePoint integration does not exist.  Is there a way to add a field in a document library, a people column and then select the PDF, request signature and have it mapped to the email address next to the PDF? or does this only exist in a SharePoint list with an attachment and people column.  Need to automate a standard response.  

Hi Everyone,I have created a envelope template in Docusign Setup on salesforce level and that template button added on the page layout level to send for signature. At the moment, when salesforce record comes to "Approved" stage then user clicks on "Send for signature" button to send the user for signature.I'm trying to automate this on salesforce when the record becomes Approved, then after 1 hour document should be sent for signature automatically with out manual click. Can you please suggest.Thank you!

Hello, I have an issue with docusign multiple senders :( once a contract needs to be signed, information is sent to docusign via zapier.first the client should sign, and then the CSM.However, when the client signs, docusign says “all contracts have been completed. It is not sent to the CSM :(Can you help me please?   

We switched from other integration for sending documents for signing to Docusign recently in Salesforce not sure if it is possible the following request.As per our current experience, we send envelopes through Salesforce from multiple users, our expectation like in the other integration is the ability to get the email notifications when a customer review the document or signs it to the email sender, example. I send a document for sign though Docusign using Salesforce and I get the email notification that customer completed the envelope in an email, (example@docusign.com) my peer sends another document using the same integration and get the notification in the mail example@docusign.com, my manager sends another document with the same scenario and get the email notification in example@docusign.com. We have a situation where we want to have our administrative department to create contracts in HubSpot, but have someone else (a manager familiar to the relation) send out the contract under their name.It is currently possible to create a contract and have someone else send it out, but it will be under the name of the person that initially creates the contract.Is it possible to change the name in the e-mail header with for instance a standardized name, or is it always the person that initially creates the contract?
