Hello!I would like to know how to delete my free account: I tried following the steps you usually recommend but under the "Admin page->Billing and Usage" there is no "Edit plan" option.Thank you for the support.

My document is completed but the reviewer has forgotten to sign one page, is it possible to create a new envelope with the document which is already signed? Or, there may be other options?

I want to customize the Email template which is sent to the user to sign the document.I did change the logo branding from the Brands tab and I am using that logo branding while sending the email to the end user. Further I went into the Email resource file downloaded it changed the html text changes in DigitalSignaturesPending_HTMLBody section. I again uploaded the updated XML file. The changes are not getting affected in the new Email template sent to the user.

Sometimes I fill in an address or a sentence by using "Text" from the fields input. I don't think other signers can see it. I uncheck "required" and I check "Read Only". But when I go to the file, nothing appears. Its information which I want all the recipients to see.

Hi All, I see that when sending a DocuSign that you can select from Salesforce Files to send it. However, I'm not seeing any option to attach the completed document to Salesforce Files instead of Notes and Attachments. I'm exploring moving from Notes and Attachments to Files, but having Docusign attach the completed document is a very important business case. Am I missing something?

I have created a Template and it functions as follows:Home office opens the template and completes all fields.Emails form to customer and the customer Docusigns it.The form is emailed back to my office completedIt is working.Now we want to be able to complete this form in person.Meaning that my employee can load up the template on his iPadand the customer can complete the form and do an in person signature.Once completed the form is emailed back to my office.How can the in person signature and completion of the form be conducted in person?Regards,

​I only would need to change small parts of the email messages that go out to our recipients. So I was wondering of there way to save a main email message template or draft to use and manipulate depending on the recipeient?

Is DocuSign HIPAA compliant ?

I have received an email from Docusign saying that I have reached the limit of sending envelope. However when I was talking with the representative from Docusign, she was using the term "transaction" instead of "envelope". I would want to know what are the difference between the two. ​My account has reached the limit of 100 envelope per user per year. I have been using Docusign template to send envelopes to my colleagues by going to the template tab, select the template and use. However, my colleague who has been using Docusign for two years, he send out document to sign by using home tab, start now, upload document and place the placeholder for every single document. Is it possible to change the default Expiration date under my profile?

On​e of my resources who signed had put multiple comments into the document before signing...... the signed version of the document does not show those comments. How can I get to the version of the document with the comments added? I have the comment emails sent by DocuSign but it won't take me to the "View" in those emails.

A customer is asking for the Certificate of Completion. I have the envelope ID number, but I cannot seem to find it. I know the name of the individual who signed it, but he is no longer with our company and he's not a current "User."

Is there a way to revert our account to the prior version? Yesterday our account automatically "upgraded" to the "Simplified Sending" platform which is missing critical functionality we have used for years. "Simplified Sending" does not have the ability to use a combination of templates AND uploaded PDF's in the same envelope. This is integration with Salesforce.I have a use case where the contract generated will be sent to Party A - Contact record in Salesforce - signs the documentsParty B - Company director - who doesn't have a record in Salesforce - should sign the document as well.Party C - Company Secretary - who doesn't have a record in Salesforce - should sign the document as well.I know of the forwarding feature, however can we configure something like this within docusign ? Watching the video it appears I dont have the "new" button on my home screen that allows you to upload a document.

Is there a way to move a document from one template to another? I have essentially created two templates with multiple documents in each and would like to combine them into one template.

I have a contract out for signature. The signer goes through the document signing, but it will not let him complete. What might be wrong?
