When I set this up using In person signer, the first one can sign in my presence as a host, but the second one cannot directly sign on the document.

The signature process finish and close the enveloppe.

I need to go back in Manage section, reopen the enveloppe to proceed the second signature.

Do you have any clue to make both signatrues at the same time in the same session?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I'm sorry to hear that the in-person feature is not working as desired.

Unfortunately, that is expected, at the moment there isn't a way to have both people sign at the same time in the same signing session, they can sign in the same place but once one finishes you would need to open the document again in the manage tab to have the other sign.

However, any Feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome. 

 

We’ll provide it to the Product team that is closely aligned with the area associated with the feedback. They will review it and determine the next steps.

 

In the near future, we will have a Community section that is dedicated to customer suggestions/feedback. You all will have the ability to upvote on what’s important and needed. 

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen in order to submit your idea.
