How do I set up signature for Power of attorney to sign for principal?
And do initials have to say: Principal initials by POA initials? Such as KA by AF or can initials just be AF?

A signature is adopted either on the recipient's DocuSign account or during the signing session by the recipient. As the sender, all you would need to do is add the recipient's name and email, and the signature tags in the needed places.

Regarding the initials, that will depend on what you need on the document, initials are usually just the initials of the recipient.
