Hi! My office uses PowerForms very extensively. I own all of the templates for the PowerForms, so I am the only one that can check in on progress, resend forms, etc. Is there a way for the person who fills out the PowerForm to manage their form once

Question

I am inundated with questions about where the form is in the process, who hasn't signed yet, and if it can be resent. I'd like for the person who fills out the form to be able to follow-up and also see where it is actually at in the process without me getting involved.

Hello,Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.Unfortunately, no, the only way that a user will have access to the responses would be if they are the owner of the PowerForm, you can change the owner of these PowerForms, but then the other user will have to ask them for a status update.However, as a workaround, I would recommend sharing the templates (if you don't want them to edit the template you will need to lock them) and having each user create their own PowerForm version using the shared template.Another option would be to share your manage tab so that they can check on the status themselves, for that you would need assistance from your account admin: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=ddd1660785625415.html&_LANG=enusLet us know if you need further assistance with this.Best regards,Nathaly | DocuSign Community Moderator"Select as Best" below if you find the answer a valid solution to your issue!
