How to revise a figure in a document

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community. 

You can apply changes to any envelope, recipient, or document that has not been marked as completed.  

Once a recipient completes their action (or the envelope), the system will not accept any further alterations to the recipient or document related to the completed fields.

Thank you for responding.

My issue is in revising a fugure in an existsing signed document...I entered $500,000 and it should be $50,000.

Thank you for following up.

Since your envelope was already completed you will not be able to submit the required changes.

However, you are welcome to copy the envelope and replace the document with its new version.

You can find steps for these 2 processes, here:

Delete or replace a document

Are you able to speak by phone? Someone already tried to help at my firm and they made the typo....so most of the work has been done on replacing...81 pages now, only need 6.

Can I call someone?


Still no luck and I have been at this for way too long....is there someone I can call please. I have 4 of this to fix....

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
