The recipient is not receiving the e-mail notification for signing due to a firewall. Is it possible for me to send a link to the envelope via my own e-mail so that the recipient can access the envelope that way? Where do I find that link?

I'm sorry to hear that the user's firewall is not allowing the envelopes to go through.

Unfortunately, the envelopes do not have a specific link from where they can access, the notification links after they expired are updated and sent again.

If your recipient has confirmed that none of the above scenarios apply, we recommend creating a Customer Support case so that a Tech Support Expert can take a closer look at the issue. Please provide the envelope ID number in the case notes.

It is only the e-mail that does not go through. So can I send the link to DocuSign via my own e-mail, then the e-mail will go through and hopefully they can access the envelope?

As mentioned in the previous comment, unfortunately, the envelope does not have a specific link that you can provide unless you have access to the email notification requesting them to sign. You can try using a PowerForm that would generate links or have the recipient do what is informed in the following article: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Why-aren-t-my-signers-receiving-DocuSign-Notification-emails
