I can understand the different aid, but why is it not matching the rest of the URL?It should be the same except for the aid and domain URL.

How do I stop the XML from being created, along side of my Word document?  The history said it was from a document package builder but I cannot find where that is located or how I can edit it.  I only want the word document with the signature at this point and this action is cluttering up my folders.  Thanks!

Hi Team,We are in 'Review and Send for Signature Task'.Here we have in total 5 documents to display. The Order in which documents are appearing in tasks view we want same order to be displayed in 'Additional Documents' section in this task.But every time we are seeing documents in 'Additional Documents' section are not coming in correct order.Can you please help as we want them in the order of their priority.

Hello,I’m trying to create a DocuSign developer sandbox account, but I'm unable to complete the process. The browser seems to hang during the registration, and nothing progresses beyond a certain point.When I inspect the browser console, I see the following errors:_app-573f798ac9f1a077.js:1 Logger failed attempting to post telemetry data to server Error: Error sending data to Kazmon. I understand yahoo is blocking DocuSign envelopes.  When will this be fixed?  THX

Hello, On 07/24 our annual account was charged $600.00 for 2 seats and 200 envelopes. I downgraded the plan to 1 seat, wanting to receive a refund for the extra seat that we will not use as I saw that refunds are still possible if they’re in the 14-day window. However, I saw I needed to cancel a plan or close the account.   So, I decided to cancel the plan, which would default me to the free plan, then sign up again for the 100 envelopes. However, My ability to cancel the plan is greyed out, and I do not know what to do. I am currently being charged for more than I need and I am still in the return window.  I also attempted to undo the “pending change” and keep the 2 seats to see if that will allow me to cancel. But it will not change back to the original plan.  I have been a long-time DocuSign user for two business operations. I hope this can be corrected.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you,

Using the Docusign eSignature API, I’m able to send envelopes w/o any issues. I am not setting the expiration date when sending the envelope, but do have a setting on my account with a value of 3 days. My question is, is there a way to get the value of the expiration date (or days that the expiration date is configured for) when the envelope is created, without an additional request being sent via the API to retrieve the envelope details or to get the value from my account?I’m trying to avoid bumping up against any rate limits.

Hi All! We’ve got an issue with a signer who is unable to sign a document in QES, due to a "Cookies should be enabled" error (browser = Safari). However, she accepted cookies + tried with another browser but still remains blocked.Have you ever encountered this problem? 

is there a problem with sending documents to a yahoo.com address for someone.  Is yahoo blocking docuSign?  I have sent docs to person numerous times and they are not getting them and address is correct.

We have 2 users in Salesforce with DocuSign license assigned to them in Salesforce. One person (A) generates and sends the document while other person (B) tracks and takes care of invoices once its signed. She also acts as a backup when other person goes on PTO.In DocuSign website, I have enabled sharing so the envelopes created by one user will be accessible to others.In Salesforce Quote template detail page, when person A uses the View Envelope menu of DocuSign Envelope Status component it opens up the Contract Document (Expected behavior). But when person B does the same, it opens the DocuSign Website within a iframe. So, not sure what has been missing.Here are few things I checked:Sharing Settings of DocuSign Envelope Template and its child entities are set to Public Read/Write and Controlled by Parent Both users have the same profile and permission sets assigned to them in Salesforce. For the personal version and the standard version, I have a few questions regarding their use.The first question is: can the signatures be modified for both versions? For example, if I am Lucia and later on I want to change my signature to Linna on the envelope, is that possible?The second question is: can the company seal be operated in both the personal version and the standard version?The third question: For a small company that might only receive 5-10 envelopes a month, would the personal version be sufficient?Looking forward to getting answers, thank you all.

An unscrupulous business sent a document to sign by two of us.  They only received one signature, and the document was subsequently voided.  This business then decided to take the signatures they had on the document, download from Docusign, and publish the document as though it is complete.  Because this Docusign envelope was sent to me before I had a Docusign account (using this same email address), Docusign won’t allow me access to be able to download the voided document, nor will Docusign go on the record formally to state the envelope was voided.  Instead, Docusign has told me to reach out to the very business that’s published the forged document to have them print the voided document.  I had to purchase a Docusign service plan to even open a claim, and after a month, Docusign is still unable to satisfy my request.  This is a clear case of fraud, and I need Docusign to definitively show/state that the document in question has been voided, and that any portrayal that it’s a valid do

Hi all,when a user accesses one of our powerform URLs, they enter Name and Mail and then receive the following error message:The error message translates to “cannot be loaded, an error occured”. The error is “on and off” sometimes it is there for hours, sometimes for days. It affects all users and all powerforms. DocuSign Support was not able to help us after 4 weeks of back and forth. Do you have any idea?  

I have read every post here and seen all the videos but the Bulk Send option still not showing on my options to send any template. I have also open a case 5 days ago and have not received any type of support from docusign. Any idea on what I can do? This service will not work for us if I can’t bulk send my documents.

I have opened a PDF with Acrobat Reader and looked at the signature panel which reads as below. What is the significance of the expiry date/time 2025/10/26 18:16:34. Does that date bear any relationship to when the document was signed? And why when I first opened the document and looked at the signature panel it said the “Signature is LTV enabled” [as at the end]. I ask as the document is undated and it is key to know exactly when the document was signed. I am confused about that date  2025/10/26 18:16:34. Can anyone help. 

Is there a way to have the signer printed their name and then sign the document?  I am having problems where the document gets sent out as Mike and they sign it as Michael.  I want them to be able to enter their name and then sign.

I’m experiencing an issue with IDnow Ident’s document verification. I’m originally from India, currently working in Ireland on Stamp 4 (IRP), and I hold an Indian passport.During my verification call, IDnow requested an Irish ID card and declined both my IRP and Indian passport.
