unable to finish the signing through Docusign

When trying to sign the documents through DocuSign. We  are unable to finish the signing the documents. It is getting stuck at the id verification, it opens a tab for verification and doesn't redirect as below. We tried using different browsers as well, but couldn't be of much help. Could you please help us find solution to this problem
