I am in the process of building out a Connect webhook call to notify our app when a document is signed. This webhook goes through a proxy for security and resilience reasons and then on to an AWS API Gateway.the JSON payload for our Document is VERY large (38000 lines) due to lots of repeated fields with drop downs that themselves have lots of options.This has proven interesting in that one of the proxy’s scans for malware in the payload is taking 18 seconds. However, if I feed that payload through a json minifier it scans in about 1 secondI dontt have a way to test it as I cannot point the Connect config to our proxy because its not exposed to the internet and (as its a large corp) I cannot just put the proxy into a higher environment without lots of rigor.The payload I am testing with was copied from the Connect logs (UI) so I don’t fully trust that its a faithful representation of the payload formatting….so: Can someone tell me if the Connect pay

In the past few weeks account-d Docusign is broken, it does NOT happen in account DocuSign website. We use Java API and have not changed a single line of code in over a year, but in the past few weeks the MS Word .docx that we send to get signed is showing to everyone the Content Controls that are in the document. This has never happened before, all content controls are hidden in production Docusign and was always hidden on account-d. But now in the past few weeks they are showing, something has broken on account-d.  

I have attached the email that was received when I sent something for external review.  I have looked at the resources files to see if I can change any of this text because I don’t want all of this in the email, so I need to modify it.  Where would I do that?   

I am using Docusign.eSign .NET package to integrate with docusign. I am trying to use BulkEnvelopesApi.CreateBulkSendRequest. I have two roles - Admin and Supervisor and I am assigning two emails to each of these two roles something like this (captured the model as JSON) {   "bulkCopies":  [  {    "recipients":[      {"email":"admin@contoso.com","name":"Admin","roleName":"Admin"},      {"email":"supervisor-1@contoso.com","name":"Supervisor-1","roleName":"Supervisor"},      {"email":"supervisor-2@contoso.com","name":"Supervisor-2","roleName":"Supervisor"}]}    ],    "name":"Demo"}  }  ]}Now, when I call createbulksendlist, i get the error BULK_SEND_ROLE_NAMES_MUST_BE_UNIQUE. I believe this is because I have Supervisor role twice in the JSON. So how do i send the request where multiple recipients share the same role? 

We are limited to the number of CLM licenses that we have and can’t have the submitter to complete human steps that require licenses so i am sending an email to the customer from the approver if we need changes.  The customer would need to respond with the changes they want.  Can the response be included in the workflow so that its not outside of workflow?

Many of our documents (typically leases) have multiple actions required throughout the duration of the lease. For example, environmental assessments are required every three years on specific dates or insurance renewals are required.How do we Set up reminders that these deadlines are approaching?  Set up the ability to confirm the action is complete? 

We recently converted from SpringCM to Docusign CLM and I am not sure of the difference between these two products.  The layout is essentially the same, so what does CLM do that SpringCM didn’t or couldn’t do?

Hi, we do have several templates uploaded to Docusign e-Signature (and we will also start using CLM) and want to have the page number (Page X of Y) on each side of the document. Is there any other way than adding it manually to the word before uploading it to Docusign? Thanks,Nadine

Hi, I'm having an issue with several envelopes one of my organizational users sent within the last few days. In DocuSign, the envelopes' statues are listed as "On Hold" and I'm unable to move them forward in the workflow. I haven't encounter this before and would like to avoid having to resend the envelopes again.

Is there a way to automate medical consent forms.  Recently I have had to fill out and sign forms for my minor children for religious & civic organizations.  The forms have many check boxes and signature lines as well as text fields.  Both organizations sent them in PDF with the intent of parents printing them, manually filling them out, & returning them in person.  Returning them required standing in long lines while  volunteers visually checked them and verified they were properly filled & signed.  Then all the forms were gathered and put into a box and taken on the trips with the groups to various activities.  As a parent it is a little disconcerting that my child's medical info is on a piece of paper reviewed by volunteers and in a box somewhere.  My question is:   Is there some way to collect and automate that info on DocuSign?  Is there a way that DocuSign forms can populate a database which could be later linked to some sort of QR code on a bracelet so that

Hello!We have built order forms based on different templates. If we change the original word/pdf-document for example want to add totally new question in it. Do we need to built web Form all over again?We can copy the template and replace the original document,  and the start the Create Order Form building from the start. This is how we do it now.Is it possible somehow to do this all in the Web Form-Edit Form and in the template actions there is in the web Form.  “Edit template fields” or in the “View template actions”.  To some point we have been able create ne field in the Web Form, but when trying to activate we get error API reference name.Thank you for your help if somebody understood my problem:)  

I want to export one page of a docusign document into an excel sheet. The PDF has check boxes so I want to see who checked what box. Is that possible?

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how to fix this filename issue? In the workflow, I moved a document that was manually uploaded to CLM into a specific folder and included it in the signable documents for the send-for-signature step. The issue is that after the recipient signs the document and it's converted to PDF, the signer receives a copy with the ".docx" extension in the filename. This problem only occurs with manually uploaded documents in CLM, not with documents generated by CLM. Does anyone know how to remove the ".docx" extension after the document is converted to PDF? Thank you in advance! 

I will need to create 50 unique envelopes that will have a signing order of at minimum 4 signers, usually 5. While the first 2 to 3 signers will change for every envelope, the last two signers will remain constant. The email messages to all signers will remain the same for all 50 envelopes. How can I save the recipient set up (signing order, emails, etc.) and messages so that I do not have to copy and paste all of this 50 times? I do not think I can use a template, because the actual documents in the envelope are unique, pre-populated agreements. Please help!

Hi Community, I have recently implemented SSO using ADFS and is working fine. However, there are some users whose email addresses do not match with the verified domains.Is it possible to create a new user account (matching the domain) and transfer everything from the existing accounts?Thanks

Also is it possibly to edit the email view-title for one powerform/template so that in the last email after all participants have signed there would the final email that would read something like, “Your oder is now approved”“Thank you for your order!” or “Your order is now approved” 

It seems like the most basic thing here but i cant order an API plan.  I am currently oneSignatureStandard An i want to upgrade to an API plan.  I am attaching a screenshots here, it doesnt present an option to order an API plan?  How do i upgrade to an API plan?   2 screenshots are here. Hello, I'm Soyoun S. from Alois Ventures. Our account had changed from Eunice to Miju.And it's already changed to Miju's account, but I can't access it due to the below error. Maybe it's a login security issue.We already informed you that our person in charge will be changed. So your team changed our login email to Miju’s account, but email for verification code wasn’t changed. The email address we can get the code is set as an Eunice's. We can't access Eunice's email because she already resigned. So I can't login and also can't toggle off the login security. Miju can access the ID, and can use the docusign, but she can’t change the email for the verification code. So, could you please change the email address for verification code to [  ] ?
