Question

Generating google sheet or CSV form fields from Templates (dynamic Fields)

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

HI

I have created a dynamic Template that contains adopter and foster information for a shepherd rescue. The adopter signs the adoption contract, and our rescue also completes with signature.

Our Treasurer uses the final contract information to document for tax purposes the adopter information and rescue fee and puts this info in Quick Books. The new template style makes it hard for her to copy and paste the info.

is there a way to write the dynamic data fields that were created into a CSV file or google sheet without having to use a tool like Zapier ? or do I need Zapier to do create and document the list of adopters, rescue fee, adopter info etc

Hello @echodogs Christina ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

To see if I understood correctly, you are looking for a way to extract the information inputted on the Docusign fields during signing for tax purposes, is that correct?

If so, Docusign has an add on called retrieve which downloads an index file containing the information of the documents and this can be done in bulk. This would have an extra cost, if you are interested, please contact customer support for more information: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport

You can also integrate Docusign with any third party that allows what you are looking for with our Go-Live process: How-To Go-Live in 3 Steps

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
