Hello @Suraj,
Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.
There are two additional resources in Docusign that provide a full audit trail of eSignature agreements. These resources are useful in resolving any objections or disputes that may arise, such as if a participant repudiates their signature. All participants in an agreement have access to these resources. History and Certificate of Completion You will need to request the Certificate of Completion (CoC) from one of the parties involved in the signing workflow, the CoC contains general envelope details, recipient events, and envelope summary events. It includes information such as the envelope ID, number of document pages, number of signatures and initials, signer details, IP address, signature image, and key event timestamps. The CoC also records information on other recipient types and provides an audit trail of summary envelope events. Certificate of Completion
Only users with access to the envelope can view the envelope history.
