How can I send a docusign document to a fax address?

Some features may not be available in your account plan.

First, an Admin in the account would need to enable that functionality. It is not enabled by default. In the Admin console under Sending Settings, check the option Enable fax delivery to recipients.

The sender would then be able to specify for each recipient whether they receive the documents by email (standard) or by fax. Learn how to Fax Documents for Signature.
