Including form field in email subject

Hello, I have an account number that is an entered field within an envelope.It is being requested that this account number be included in the subject line of the email reminder that is sent to the next signer. Is this possible?I have been looking,but have not found information regarding this. I found how to include a signer’s name in the subject line, but this was not acceptable. Thank you! Salvador

DocuSign & HighQ integration

Hi there, We have been testing the DocuSign & HighQ integration and raised a query with HighQ which they have suggested be raised with DocuSign: We can see that no matter which HighQ user sends a document for signing, the email notification appears to come from the user who authorised the integration. It is my understanding that this also means any envelopes, regardless of which user sends for signing, are all sent from the DocuSign account of the user who authorised the integration. I was just wondering whether there was any way to add additional DocuSign accounts, along with the ability to indicate when sending the envelope who  it is coming from? Ie. the DocuSign account authorising the integration will be an IT employee of sorts but Fee earners would be the ones sending the envelopes to Clients and would therefore like their name on the email notification that goes to the signatories.

Hi, Is it possible to show a Custom Pop-up message during the execution of the workflow? For example, based on Form info input by the user and Salesforce data, I’d like to show some warning message and end the workflow or move on to the next step? Thanks.

Trying to set up OAuth in application, and getting errors on the auth code exchange for access token. Tried the exact same request in Postman and getting 200s. My request url, headers, and body looks good and identical to the one I am sending through Postman...

Bulk Send CSV Template Issues

I’ve created templates successfully many time before but I recently created one and once I go into get the Sample CSV none of the data labels I’ve inputted on the form are populating on the excel template. The CSV just has Client name, email, Identification, and Phone number. I’ve done nothing different than I have in the past, wondering if something new changed with the docusign update?

How to prefill document with custom drawing using API

Hi,I have a document that requires drawing a circle to indicate option selection for Yes/No question and I’m using C# SDK to create it.It has to be drawn before sending to recipients Recipients cannot change this The Yes/No selections are not fixed → must be determined when document is being createdMy expected result is like this: I have not found solution for it. Can you help please?

Unable to adjust image size of an image in Doc Gen

Hi, I am consuming Doc gen api to automatically generate a document in which I have an image tab. <# <Image Select="//Internal_Signature" Height="1" Width="2" Optional="true"/> #> My original image is very small and need not exceed height and width of 1 inches, but I am unable to add less than 1 inches in the above parameter.Template is in a word doc which I am passing to api The one highlighted is from the image tag, original image is below. Can someone share inputs on how to adjust the image size

Hello docusign community,we observed a problem with our disclosure html. We need the placeholders [[ChangeEmail]] and [[ChangeEmailOther]] for our different organisations and at the moment only the placeholder [[CompanyName]] works fine. Hello, I would like to know if there is a way for me to give other people in my company “view rights” allowing them to log in Docusign and view the status of a document. Right now, I can add people to receive a copy only once a document is signed, but is there a way to keep them in the loop before the signatures are finalized?

Error Verifying Signature on PDF document - Non-EU certificate

Hello everyone,I signed a PDF document with DocuSign to add a trade name to my business in a French government portal, but I received the error:Your signature is not valid:The summary was signed with a non-EU foreign certificate whose certification authority is not included among those defined in the eIDAS trusted lists. Therefore, your signature is not considered valid as we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used among the eIDAS trusted lists.We invite you to contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature. Could someone kindly give me advice on how to resolve this issue?Thank you very much!Kindest Regards,Franz B.

Somehow, when I purchased a new laptop I ended up with a new account that only gave me 3 envelopes. I have been on Docusign since 2019 with my Brokerage’s account but now I can’t figure out how to log into the new laptop with my old account

Last signatory in order - Unable to start signing process

Hello,I created a document for eSignatures to multiple signatories in an order, all went well till the last person in the order had to sign.On clicking the link, the browser kept throwing the error “Unable to start signing process”. I tried resending the document/email and then copied the link in incognito mode in Chrome but got the same result.Doesn’t work on the mobile either.What can I do to resolve this ?Thanks

Document waiting on one signature. How to send link to that one person.

I have a document with 10 signatures. I am waiting on one person to sign. If I hit resend, will it resend to all signatories or just the one unsigned? Is there a way for me to send the ling to that one person I am waiting to sign? I don’t want to send message to the whole list while only waiting on one person.
