I have had 2 clients in the past week inform me that the DocuSign email they received is coming thru as jibberish. Completely unreadable and the document is also not attached for review/signature. Is this a known issue?
Hello
Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
Can you confirm if the two signers getting the issue are using their mobile phone to sign?
If they are, it could be due to our Responsive Signing, a.k.a. Mobile Friendly. Depending on how the document was set up it can show distorted: Disable Responsive Signing
Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
