I received two responses out of five so far to my envelope. The second response is overwritten the first response so I can see the first responder’s details on the form as well as the second responder’s form. I cannot see the two people’s individuals’ forms. I cannot download them separately either.

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.
When you send an envelope, your signers will all be included within the same record. If you have applied your fields one on top of the other, this will cause the behavior you describe.
Instead, you could have multiple copies of the same document in your envelope, where you can apply your recipient fields separately.
