During the upload of a 20page Excel Document and creating the envelope message pops up “ there is a probleme creating the enevelope”. The file is not uploaded. The process need several minutes

Is your document larger than 5 MB?
We recommend uploading documents smaller than 5 MB to avoid running into technical difficulties. More details on these recommendations can be found, here:
File Size Limitations for an Envelope
If the issue is not related to the file size limitation, to troubleshoot the issue you will want to re-try using a different network, device and browsers. Please try these options separately as they could lead us to the root cause of the issue.
