Hello! On August 8 (less than a month ago) I created around 12 envelopes and scheduled them for September 4. Today I logged into my account and the scheduled envelopes are nowhere to be found. First I checked the Drafts folder, which is where scheduled items remain until sent. I’ve tried all the folders and all the filters, I’ve tried specific words that should show me the documents, and I have nothing. I also tried different browsers, incognito mode, mobile without WiFi. Nothing.

I’m at a loss… I need those envelopes to be sent on Sept 4, but I don’t know if they are “somewhere” in my account or if I need to do all the work again *sigh… Any help is greatly appreciated!

We truly apologize for the unfortunate events. I see that you created a support case and the agent informed you about creating new documents due to a possible glitch. Please let us know if this happens again, in the meantime we will test on our side.
