If you need to send each document separately, there is no way around having to spend 1 envelope send per document. However, if it is not important if all the documents are saved in the same envelope, you could use Document Visibility to keep each document private, without having to necessarily spent 1 envelope send per document. Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
