Sending out form for Data collection

Question

Hello, i need to collect data from our partners for a KYC-form. Is there a way to send out forms to multiple users without using the number of envelops I have? They don’t need to sign anything at this point i just need to collect data for KYC compliance and future agreements.

Hi @Mate,Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.If you need to send each document separately, there is no way around having to spend 1 envelope send per document. However, if it is not important if all the documents are saved in the same envelope, you could use Document Visibility to keep each document private, without having to necessarily spent 1 envelope send per document.
