I have 40 documents to be signed two parties.  The first party (Party A) will always be the same (in other words, Party A will sign all 40 documents).   The counter-signing second party will be different for each of the 40 documents.My question is: How do I send all 40 documents to Party A at the same time, while having the 40 counter-signers only receive their individual document (and not the 39 other documents that they will not be signing)?

I logged in through the online version and I see my envelopes in my dashboard but cannot review my agreements. I have changed filters and moved through the different folders but the do not show up. I do see all the documents on the mobile application. I have not created any agreements using the Mobile app. I also had the same issues with my templates and Webforms but without any intervention they showed up after i logged off and back on  

I have a client who has checked their inbox and spam box but have not received their document.  I tried sending it to me and did not receive it either.  I contacted our IT department to see if they could find it in my email, and they do not even see it ever being sent to me.  This is an important document that I am needing our client to sign before the end of the month.  Any suggestion on what could be going on?

Just what the title says - new Docusign user (kinda regretting this decision already)…. Was using a trial and upgraded to paid for today.  Never got a response from sales when I was in trial mode.  Went to open a support case today now that’s I’m paid for - and it says I can’t as my account does not have that privilege. Anyone have any tips here - worst part of this is I was able to open a case when I was a trial user and they told me to talk to sales…. how, as I said, ignored any request. Typing this out I feel stupid for spending the money now...

Normally, the start screen should show Action required, Pending (other), Expires soon, Completed This is not visible on the home screen of a colleague. How can I customize the start screen? Thank you.

After sending off a document for DocuSign signatures I received the following message: smtp; 530 5. 1. 0 <dse_na3@docusign.net> sender rejected Is this an issue with the receiving party and/or their phone/computer settings for receiving the email?  I double checked the email address and it was correct.  Per DocuSign’s suggestions I even re-entered the recipient’s information, including email, as part of the “Correct” procedure in my DocuSign account.   Any suggestions for fixing this issue?FYI, I have successfully sent this recipient 10 to 15 docuSign emails over the past 6 months. 

How can we get the Senders name added to this report.  

HelloI need to find a way how to not add pdf copy of signed document into “complete” email attachment. And make it not global setting. I know there is a possibility to disable: Admin ->Signing and Sending ->  Envelope Delivery -> Attach documents to completion email, but it effects the whole account. I found something about “Allow account users to decide if they should send a link or attach a PDF” and then configure “Permission profile” → Deliver self-signed email notifications by “Link”. But it didn’t help.Does someone know how to disable attachments for specific user, group etc and do not affect the whole account?Thanks

Hello,I am trying to implement a change in the docusign process. Our docusign is registered with a service account and all templates are created using that service account. When a user in Dynamics CE generates a docusign letter it sends out the document from the service account email address. So the receiver of the email when returns the document it goes back to the service account. This is creating a bit of confusion as we have multiple people on the team who send out documents from docusign. I tried to change the email address on the docusign user entity in MS dynamics and created the user with the same email in docusign. It send out the email from the users email address XXX-username@email.com but it is not working for all users. Thanks in advance.!

I have an app key setup and live in production. When a user clicks a button on my page I create an envelope and send a PDF with a request to Docusign for the user to sign. This has been working for several years. Is it possible to use the same app key to send a different PDF for signing, or do I have to create a separate app key?The return URL will be different for the other PDF, but it looks like I can add multiple return URLs to the app key configuration.

We are currently using DocuSign keys in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for a KYC process that is live and functioning well. Now, we have a new requirement to implement DocuSign for a separate employee onboarding process. I have a few questions regarding this: Since we already have a DocuSign key in the production environment for the KYC process, can we reuse the same key for the employee onboarding process? The flow for both processes is similar: Define a template in DocuSign (the templates differ for each process). Use these templates in our integration. Once an envelope is signed (by a customer or employee), the information is processed via a "Connect" configuration. For these two separate processes, can we set up two independent "Connect" configurations in DocuSign? If having two "Connect" configurations is possible, how can we ensure they do not overlap and that each configuration onl

Good day, I have been trying to change the font sign of my signature, but it keeps on reverting to the default.  Can someone else please assist. Mybe there is something am not doing well. Was doing via sending settings in the admin profile.

I am trying to determine an envelope count for this year for a group of users (they were assigned to a group id) we transferred to a different account (same Organization) later in the year. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed.  I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from the reports.I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our account’s reports up to the time they were transferred.  But this does not seem to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…? Is there a better way?  Thanks for your help!

Document fully executed. Upon opening the document, I get an error message from Adobe Acrobat “There was an error porcessing a page. Bad font object or font descriptor object.”I see gibberish letters transposed upon numbers that are very important in this document.Anyone have a solution?

I am new to docusign, but have used computers and software for over 30 years.   I did not find an answer to this in the self help community.My employer has assigned me a responsibility position, I manage one of our laboratories.  That basically means I keep paperwork, and answer questions about what goes on in the lab.  Part of this is signature sheets, to authorize certain people to use the lab, and to use certain instruments in the room. It’s a well organized record keeping that we do.However, each week I get emails, sometimes multiple emails from docusign for completed (or incomplete) signature sheets.   I have downloaded all completed sheets weeks ago, and I even have one blank form that I cancelled 3 months ago and deleted, that I asked nobody to sign yet I am alerted that it needs attention from time to time.   The number of emails is increasing with time because we are getting more instruments and more  users.   I may need a secretary to work part time

Hello!I am running into an issue with radio buttons becoming unselected.  I have several fillable PDF forms that are completed prior to upload to Docusign which contain radio buttons.  These buttons are selected by staff and don’t require the signer’s inputs.The buttons appear selected during the upload process, while previewing the documents when adding fields, etc.  But suddenly lose their selection when the documents are sent to the signer for signing!We have found a workaround for now to “Print to PDF” before uploading to Docusign, which flattens the values into place but this is an added step for my teams.Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

I have made a number of API submissions during PoC process, these have been delivered either to the Sent or Drafts folders. I have gathered the envelopeId’s and can access the envelopes directly, however they do not appear in the Agreements view. (The latest viewed one does appear if I navigate to Sent/Draft via the info on the envelope detail view, but it only shows the one envelope). How can I see a list of all my Drafts?  PS> Is it possible to select and send multiple drafts at once?

Is is compulsory to create a developer account and then migrate to production after submitting app for review? Can I create app in production environment directly to use DocuSign API?

Here is my scenario:In Salesforce, I have an Opportunity that can be related to multiple Opportunity Documents (custom object). There are three Opportunity Documents: Non-Disclosure Agreement, Contract, and Onboarding Policy Agreement. We created Gen templates for each of these.Each document may have a different person that needs to sign. For example, Bob may need to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement and Contract while Alice needs to sign the Onboarding Policy Agreement. As such, we have a "Signer" field captured on Onboarding Document.Lastly, there could be multiple of one document on an Opportunity that needs to be signed. For instance, we may have two copies of a Non-Disclosure Agreement that needs signature for one opportunity.Our thinking is that we could create an LWC that leverages the apex toolkit to allow a user to, at any point, select one or more Opportunity Documents and then click a button called Generate Envelope.
