FORMAT CHANGES FROM WORD TO DOCUSIGN

My Word document recently started changing the format when it gets in Docusign. My signature block splits on a new page. Help!

Hi @COLLEEN MARY !

@mr1 is correct, maybe your document is suffering a change because you’re using a non-supported font. One simple suggestion is try to save the file as a .PDF.

Currently, we do not have an article for the supported document fonts because the list is in constant change, any time a document uses a font that the system does not recognize, it will use the closest font that is currently available in the system font library.

We have a list of supported fonts for the DocuSign fields that can give you an idea of what types of fonts are supported for documents, please see Supported Fonts for DocuSign Tabs, be aware that this list is for the DocuSign Fields.

I think someone else on the list had this issue - I believe they had a non-supported font in the Word document, so that when it was uploaded to DocuSign, the pages were split. Try using a single font (also check to be sure that any paragraph breaks/blank spots are in the same font as the rest of the document).
