Does re-sending an envelope subtract from envelope allowance?

Does re-sending an envelope subtract from monthly envelope allowance?

I have a limited number of envelopes per my subscription and need to keep track of this.

Re-sending an envelope does not subtract from your envelope allowance. The envelope is only counted once when it is initially sent.
