Does re-sending an envelope subtract from monthly envelope allowance?

I have a limited number of envelopes per my subscription and need to keep track of this.

Hello ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

Re-sending an envelope does not subtract from your envelope allowance. The envelope is only counted once when it is initially sent.

I hope this helps. Please "Select as Best" below if you find my answer to be a valid solution to your issue!
