i cannot login to my account. This is frustrating. Please help me asap!

I believe they have done away with phone support.

You can contact support by the web (https://support.docusign.com) scroll down and choose the “I can’t access my account or invoices”

that did not help me. thanks anyway.

I am totally at a loss for accessing my account. I do not use DocuSign much for personal use but i use our company's CRM similar type system 50x per day for NDAs and contracts etc.

I would like to speak with a support member. or at least chat with one asap. I have an important bank doc that i need to e-sign for my family and it is urgent
