I have a user who was able to rotate a page of an uploaded PDF document until Jan. 13, 2025. After that date, when she attempted to rotate the page she received the “Document cannot be edited” error message. I have worked through the troubleshooting options I could find with this user and she is still having this issue. Did something change recently that would now be causing this error? Any ideas on how we can resolve this?

Hello
It seems enabling Standards-Based Signatures is what is stopping us from using the rotate feature.
As of the moment, accounts with Standards-Based Signatures enabled won’t be able to use rotate, and we don’t have an update yet on whether they will allow this in the future.
We suggest to rotate the document first before uploading it.
