I have received three scam PayPal emails through my Docusign account in the past three days. After the first one, I sent a message to your sales team because I couldn’t find another way to report the abuse (since there was no action required from the scammer, the normal links aren’t available). When I click on the document link in Docusign, I can see that each of those three emails were sent to 49 other recipients through your system.
It would be to everyone’s benefit if the ability to report abuse was right on the document list in our accounts. I’m assuming that since the scam email is coming from Docusign, you have the ability to identify and suspend the accounts that are sending them; but if we don’t have the ability to quickly flag suspicious activity, this abuse will continue to flourish on Docusign and diminish our trust in the service.
