The CXO of a company needs to sign over 20 envelopes daily, which are sent from various systems like Salesforce, SAP and with the majority coming from Docusign web app. Currently, the CXO uses a mobile app for signing documents. The company has developed a new internal portal for employees, which includes functionality for managing approval processes. Now, the CXO would like to use the new portal to sign all of their pending Docusign envelopes. Is this feasible using embedded signing?

DocuSign support states that they do not support .p7m protocol, it is CAdES. DocuSign only supports PaDES. The envelopes are from Italy. They must use the following link to unencrypted https://vol.postecert.poste.it/verificatore/itWhen the docs are unencrypted, the original does not have signatures. The signatures are on a page that is blank except for signatures.

I have created a webform with multiple signatures.  The form is flowing through the system fine and signatories are able to sign, but the signatures are not showing up when I download the results.  Is it possible to get the signatures to show on the downloaded results so that I know the form was actually signed and by whom?

I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign.I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

We have standard Docusign, and I need to be able to send contracts to vendors in a review / edit only mode, but so far only have the option for people to Needs to Sign, In Person Signer, Receives a Copy, Needs to View and Specify Recipients. Do I not have the option to send for review / edit because of my plan or is there a feature I have not turned on - and cannot find - that needs to be turned on. I have searched and searched and not found an answer to this. Would love it if someone smarter than I knew the answer. 

I am a DocuSign Admin and noticed that employees are being given seats in eSignature by Docusign System and not by me.  How can I disable this feature so that only Admins can provide a seat and not DocuSign System?

As part of the development process, I am sending an envelope to the recipient through the DocuSign developer account (r**************@********) The email is successfully sent from DocuSign, as I can see the email content in the Developer Account Console page. However, the recipient does not receive the email in their mailbox, even after checking the Spam folder.Initially, we suspected it might be a firewall issue. I also tried sending the envelope to my personal email ID, but it didn’t work either. Although the email is sent from DocuSign, it is not received in the mailbox.Could this be because we are using the developer account?

Hi there,We’ve been using the DocGen API (https://developers.docusign.com/docs/docgensend-api/) to create pre-populated documents using a word template. In our word-template we’ve been using a custom font family Ciutadella.We’ve been having mixed success with some generated documents (pdf output) looking accurate, and some seemingly using a different font or have issues with spacing or alignment.Are custom fonts support by this API / Docusign, and if so what steps do we need to take to ensure it can be successfully used?Thanks!

I would like to set up an envelope template so that when i use bulk send i allow senders to change the senders name to sign off on the envelope.For example:  in lieu of the senders name Payroll department sent you a document to review and sign. Is this possible to do as an admin or can/should this be done on the individual senders account settings?

I can’t find documents from any range of time that I’ve signed. I cannot get a hold of the original sender to resend the fully executed document. And I can’t find it anywhere, is there a way to access it?

This is the first time I’ve composed an envelope for signing this year. I do not see an option to add text when signing? How can I add text?

Docusign closed my account and now I have no way to contact them to open it back up, the last three people I have spoken to on the phone keep "taking notes" and assuring me that someone will call back to help me and no one does. When I call back there is no record of my previous calls and there seems to be nothing they can do. I can't open a support ticket without having an open account and nobody seems to have the authority to open my paid account back up. Rina from Websales was the last person I spoke to and she was less than helpful. How do you get ahold of somebody that can actually help you from Docusign after they have taken your money and not provided the service agreed to?

When defining an embedded signer, we need to provide a clientUserId along with the recipient's name and email. The clientUserId is a sender-defined identifier for the embedded recipient, enabling the generation of a signing URL for them. How can this be accomplished when envelope is initiated using the DocuSign web app and recipient should sign using embedded signing in a custom built mobile app

Hi All,My docusign app has passed the initial Go-Live review. As next steps for Go-live, I am performing the below actions,Click on Actions button next to the docusign App. Click on "Select Go-Live account". Accept Terms and Conditions. Update docusign prod email id in the next screen and click on "NEXT".However I am getting below message after clicking on "NEXT". I have verified that the Docusign prod email id is having access to docusign prod. I am using the DocuSign API to create an envelope with a document that requires signatures from three different signers. My implementation involves the following: Embedded Signing: I need to generate recipient views for all three signers. However, I am currently only able to generate the view for the first signer. When I attempt to generate views for the other two signers, it doesn't work. How can I resolve this issue to allow recipient views for all three signers? Webhook Triggers: I have set up a webhook with specific events configured. I need to be notified when the first signer completes their signing so I can generate the recipient view for the next signer. However, I am not receiving the event that indicates the first signer has completed signing. Which specific event(s) should I configure in the webhook to ensure I get notified when a signer completes their signing? Hi there,We sent out some documents for clients to sign in the following order:1. Signatory 12. Two joint signatories3. Signatory 3 The last signatory required changes to be made in the form of a text box at the back of an Authority to Proceed, which was a mandatory field, as well as signatures and dates in several other areas. However, because of this, the signing order seems to have been mixed around, as per the attached screenshot. The first signatory appears to have signed at 3:42 PM, the third signatory appears to have signed at 3:39 PM and the joint second signatories have received a copy at 1:13 PM.In reality, all parties have signed in the desired order, based on the emails we received:1. First signatory signed at 1:13 PM2. Joint signatories signed at 1:31 PM and 3:28 PM respectively3. Hey DocuSign Community!I'm developing a file archive extension and see that the Google Drive and Dropbox extensions in the App Center allow users to select specific storage locations (folders/drives) during the Maestro workflow configuration. (see screenshots) However, looking at the File Archive Extension documentation and reference implementation, I don't see how to implement this functionality. The action definition only shows a single URI parameter: "params": {"uri": "https://example.app/api/archive"}Any guidance on what needs to happen in the file archive extension to allow users to select storage locations would be great. Thanks in advance!
