Hi Team,I am working in an organization, and my manager has an enterprise docusign account (paid account, not a free account) at this URL: https://apps-d.docusign.com/. When I use his integration key to send an email through my application, the "Test Document" prefix does not appear. I am confused because I researched on Google and DocuSign sites, and they all indicate that https://apps-d.docusign.com/ is a sandbox account, so it should contain that prefix when sending an email.I created my own free developer account and tested it, and I did get that prefix. My question is: if I need to use the integration key from my manager's enterprise account, what steps should I follow? Do we need to follow the go-live procedure here as well? If yes, what steps should we take? Can someone explain these steps in detail?

Hello DocuSign Community,I'm facing an urgent issue with my DocuSign account. I am registered in France, but I am currently in Japan and unable to receive SMS for authentication. This is preventing me from signing important documents.My situation:My DocuSign account is registered with a French phone number. I am currently in Japan and cannot receive SMS on my French number. I have an urgent document that needs to be signed. I cannot change my phone number in the account settings due to the same authentication issue.Could anyone please advise on how I can quickly resolve this? Specifically:Is there a way to change my authentication method to email instead of SMS? Can DocuSign support temporarily disable SMS authentication for my account? Are there any alternative verification methods I can use while abroad?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is time-sensitive. Thank you in advance for your assistance!        

Hi there, Has anyone else got a problem with the footer ‘sticking’ and blocking the view as you scroll down when you’re in an Envelope? It’s only happened this week - all was fine before Xmas. It’s happening to me and a colleague. Any help appreciated. Thanks.  

I have a power form with 2 recipients. The link is sent to the first recipient, who fills out the form. After filling out the form, recipient can see the filled out form. The next recipient fills out the form as well( this recipient is pre-filled) and afterwards, gets an email about the completion of the document and a link to it. THe first recipient never receives an email about it being completed. Do I need to add another recipient that gets a copy of the completed document? I haven't made any changes to the notification settings. Should I define a 'sender' who fills out the first recipient? Thanks

When exporting documents from Lasepro to Docusign, Docusign gets the correct documents and the correct signing order. All that. But we’re experiencing an issue within the envelope once it’s in Docusign.  For this example, Laserpro has a Lender Editor as the first recipient. When the LE goes into the envelope they have select “Manage”. In there they can edit documents or recipients. However, they do not have an option to Send Later, only an option to “Correct” which sends the envelope even if it's not ready yet. Additionally, if the LE needs to go back in after and correct something, they do not have an option to “Correct” like they normally would. It’s sent out and that’s that. Docusign support has been helpful, but referred me to Laserpro/Finastra, who then referred me back to Docusign.Has anyone else had an issue like this or found a solution? Thanks! 

We have Google Drive we work off.  I have Docusign installed on google. We have a workspace for each location. I want to make my templates and use them from google docs so when they are signed they got right up back to the drive assigned to

I have a completed envelope made up of 8 files.I cannot download to save the 7th of the 8 files.  (Other 7 files are no problem.)Error on web brower is: “This site can’t be reached...(long web address)...might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR.File 7 is large, 23,521KB, and was just under the DocuSign upload limit.Cannot forward this envelope to others, for others to attempt.Cannot print this file as PDF as the combined file is too large.  “{"errorCode":"COMBINED_DOCUMENT_SIZE_OVER_LIMIT","message":"An error occurred while downloading the document. Try downloading the documents in a .zip file Total size of all documents being downloaded exceeds the allowed limit: 100MB. In Docusign connect with Salesforce we use specific user which is system admin in salesforce , we want to switch it to Integration user with Integration license .  We created the Integration User in Salesforce with Integration license then went to Docusign->Admin-> Connect->Edit Salesforce Connect-> Reconfigure login-> Salesforce Environment: Test, Salesforce SOAP Web Services API Version: 39, Salesforce Login Method: We put Username , password & security token of Integration user and click on connect, we get an error popup "An error occurred while updating the connect configuration" So We want to ask can we use integration user instead of System admin user? If yes why we getting the error as aforementioned, any additional steps needed to be followed before making the change?

We have a checkbox group use case. But a checkbox group can only have a checkbox group tool tip, the individual values cannot have a separate tool tip per value. We created a single value checkbox group but discovered that a single value checkbox group tool tip does not work. The checkbox group tool tip only works when there are two or more checkboxes.  Has anyone else encountered this? Is there any solution to this issue? 

In creating a template with a conditional rule, the list of signers to select to route to does not load.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Any ideas why this is happening, what the solution is?

When sending a contract the all words within the contract have no spacing, this is only noticed when using a mobile browser, is there any way to correct this on mobile? Have mobile-friendly enabled. The document is a pdf imported into docusign. thanks in advance!

Hi all,I have a client that wants me to manually send him a contract (that I had previously send him through docusign) for other of his associates to review before they sign. When I try and download from the pending envelopes - his contract pulls up blank. Is there any way to do that - other than manually filling it out again?

Hi all,Happy New Year!  Our company is using Docusign templates for our onboarding of new employees.  It is working out great except when we have to make a change.  The most current example is that there is a new W4 for 2025.  We have 6 templates that we need to update.  When we do this we have to go through each field in each template because for some reason they change.  We are replacing the W4 in a packet of pdfs and uploading and replacing our packet with the new packet in the template.  Is there a better way to do this?

Hello, I’d like to know which plan would be best for me at the moment. I’m starting a company and need to send around 60 documents to people and their previous employers for signing in the next few days. It’s the same three forms being sent. After January 20th, the number of documents I send each month will drop to no more than 10-20. Could you help me choose the right plan? I’m the only user, and I noticed there are limitations per user. I’d like to understand if these limitations apply to the total number of documents I can send to others each month, or if I’ve misunderstood the information. 

Does anyone know how to stop an item from being purged? I made a mistake in putting a 1 year restriction on old agreements and am seeing a lot of my signed agreements to be purged in 14 days. Is there any way to stop this from happening? THANK YOU for any help, insights, support! Julie 

Is it possible to create a shared DocuSign account with individual logins?We would like to create an HR DocuSign account. Several members of the HR team would be able to access this but rather than share one login and one password we would like individuals to have their own logins and own passwords to this shared account.I have tried to search for information on this but no luck.Thanks in advance

Hi,I need to send a document for 15 people to sign separately. I tried Bulk Sending with a Template, but everyone signed the same document. I need to have a workflow that sends the document to 15 people but then they send back an individual document signed by each individual. Is this possible? Thank you!

Hello,Does anyone know if it’s possible to get a Summary certificate for a document that was not sent to you via the envelope ID?

I have an application that I am connecting to DocuSign esignature and connect. I have configured connect event to for recipient signed/completed and reassign. When a recipient signs the envelope it is working fine and sending a recipient-completed action via connect. However, when I reassign via the email sent as part of the envelope - connect sends a recipient-completed event for the initial signatory, immediately followed by a recipient-reassign event. I would expect it to only send the reassign event.  Is there a way to configure it to only send the reassign event in this scenario? Or is it possible in the recipient-completed event to tell whether the recipient actually signed or not?

I’m currently on a free trial and my company is aiming at the Standard plan.  We are a small company and do not need a lot of bells and whistles in regards to a docusign program (or so I thought).  I just took another look at the “show all features” section on the plans page and it seems to indicate that the drop down feature is not available with the Standard plan.  Can someone please confirm whether or not I would need to purchase the Business Pro plan to utilize the drop down feature or is it, in fact, available with the Standard plan?  What about checkboxes?  Or will I be able to merge multiple templates into a single envelope (i.e. pick the 4 project specific documents (templates) required for a specific customer out of the 10 total documents I have to choose from) with the Standard plan?  And if Business Pro is required - can I purchase 1 Business Pro for the main “Admin” that will handle creating the templates (including drop downs on the contract documents) and then share those

I created a template and I need to be to specify that at one level only certain users will require additional signer and others will not.for example: say I’m filling out this document and mine gets routed to my supervisor, and account payableBUTmy co-worker fills out the same document and his needs to get routed to supervisor, manager and then accounts payableIs there a way to achieve that with just one template? Hi everyone,On the last invoice there is company information with VAT number missing.I have recently changed a card that is used for payment and I guess this could be the reason. However, nothing else has been changed, only the card number. When I go to the tab “Account Profile”, the address is there, alongside compnay name and VAT in the second row. But it does not appear on the “Plan and Billing” tab. I have opened a case but to no avail.I would appreciate help.Best regards
