Hi, Couple of customers have complained that after embedded contract is showed, that page is grayed out and they can’t operate with contract, buttons are not clickable

 

“Contract stays greyed out, I cannot scroll or read any other sections of the contract, cannot check boxes, cannot sign”

Do you maybe have some idea why?

Thank you for posting in Docusign Community Support. 

Our system does not have a "grayout" step/process. We recommend looking into possible lost focus due to code running something else or other layers created by your page over the embedded document.

Hi Adrian, 

 

well seems like I have found what is the problem, problem is with ERSD modal, when contract is loaded, modal for legal disclosure is showed, and for some users it just doesn’t appear, so I tried to disable it in admin, and when I did that, user which had problem with non functional contract doesn’t have anymore this problem… so I’m not sure why this modal is not showing for some user, any idea?

 



 

 


Also one more thing I have found out, when I check “Enforce frequency setting for members of this account” checkbox, I’m getting blank page sometimes after loading spinner (which indicates that contract is trying to load on page) from docusign is showed… And we have to solve this ASAP as we are preparing going live with Focused View soon
