Hello Community, I am trying to upload multiple folders with differe documents inside the folders on Docu Sign CLM. any one ever tried this? I have followed instructions on the support center using WINSCP as my Client and using port 22, Host name as my url sftp://sftpuatna11.springcm.com and then username as my email that i use to log into my Company’s Docu sign account which is my company email and the same password but i keep  getting access denied for some reason. Please i need answers and help ASAP. Thank you all for your contributions.

I am trying to evaluate features for a client who is interested in buying DocuSign. I had installed theDocusign CLM: Streamlined Contract Lifecycle Management appexchange app in sandbox and also created a trial account and configured the connection with Salesforce.For some reason I can create Merge field but cannot select standard/merge fields to drop it on the template.Can someone let me know how this can be fixed or do we need to purchase it to evaluate the feature

Hi all,We have configured a DocuSign Enterprise App in Entra. SSO is already working but now I have tried to configure the provisioning and here I am facing a problem. The problem is the switch expression that is needed to assign the correct permission profile to the DocuSign users.In the first step we configured for 2 of the groups a role in the App registration. Then we assigned this role to the groups Now its the step where we have a problem. If we open the expression build and copy the expression from the official guide we always get a NULL as output. The user that we are using for the test is assigned to Entra group Advanced so there should be a result shown. The role Advanced

Hello,I’ve made my template mobile friendly but it’s not allowing my staff to sign on their device as they get a pop up saying “Signing Mobile Not Allowed” and “Signing this envelop on a mobile device is not allowed, please use a computer”. This is our first day with it so I apologize for our ignorance.

I would like to display the following.I have a value that occurs e.g. 5 times in the form. (Example credit card number). I lead the user to the first credit card number field using the mandatory field and he fills it in.The other 4 fields should be filled automatically with the value of the first entry. Is that possible?Many thanks in advance.

Hi all,When generating the document in docusign, I have encountered an issue regarding the spacing on the sentence entered by the user in Salesforce. Tested both Long Text Area and Rich Text Area as data type in Salesforce to accept free form verbiage. Using Long Text Area:The carriage return was leave out. See image below.Using Rich Text Area:There is big gap between sentences. See image below. Note:The Rich Text is enabled in docusign intake form. Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks,Chris 

I would like to create if-then logic for multiple rows of a table based on a value in the table itself. Example:  Name Type Date Richard A 4/7/2025 Chase B 4/7/2024 Melissa A 4/4/2025  The merge tag would essentially state that, "if the Type=A, then state, [Name] enrolled in services on [Date]", but "if the Type=B, then state, [Name] cancelled services on [Date]". Is there a way to create one merge tag that evaluates all the rows in the table based on the "Type" column, then creates different outputs based on the "Type?" I have a complex webform with several fields, each with their own list of dropdown and rules. Is it possible to copy and paste a field in the webform so I dont have to re-type each dropdown item? This way , i would already have the dropdown and only need to edit the rule.  

I received an e-mail from a person I do not know. It was in reference to a Paypal account payment for bitcoin that included a DocuSign notice. I wanted to speak to a customer service rep for fraud detection. I am unable to find any phone numbers available. This is terrible, or actually non-existent, customer service. I added a new user to my group (I am an Administrator).  She was able to access it yesterday, but today, her account is closed.  I did not close it, nor did she.  How do I stop this from happening.  She was added to a valid group with is used by others.  

My documents require a series of signatures for compliance purposes. Occassionally, the CFO will reassign to his delegated signer whose required signature immediately follows the designated signature.This designated/assigned signer says they are not offered a second opportunity to sign where required.How can I allow mobile access to signing for this individual who gets assigned as delegated signature, immediately followed by their assigned signature.They have responded saying they cannot get the second signature placed, even after I resend the document.

Based on the documentation, I should be able to access my billing history and invoices through Admin > Plan and Billing, using this URL: https://apps.docusign.com/admin/billing but mine in empty and I need access to previous invoices. Since I downgraded my account to fremium since then I also don’t have access to support in order to open a new case. Is there a workaround available? Thanks in advance

Hello all, I am a developer using the eSignature API (specifically the Envelopes API) to construct Envelopes from multiple Composite templates.My goal: I have a use case where I need to download a specific document from a signed Envelope. I want to understand the best / most efficient way to accomplish this. After taking a look at the API documentation, I see that the only way to download a specific document from an Envelope is to use the EnvelopeDocuments:get API, which requires passing in the documentId. I also know that despite specifying unique documentIds in each composite template, the documentId field is not guaranteed to stay the same as the envelope assigns new values to avoid any potential collisions. Hello All,  Do you have idea how the URL is setup for migrating security appliance from one server to another? We at our organization are quiet struck to find the way to set this URL. have referred lot’s of guides but of no help.

We want to use DocuSign to sign HR documents in our organization. Is it mandatory to onboard a certifying authority to partner with DocuSign to make the documents legally admissible?How is using eMudhra different from using eKYC by Aadhar?How can we onboard Aadhar eKYC?If we can complete authentication through eKYC Aadhar - and then get the document signed - will it be legally admissible as per IT act of India 2002?

Hi guysI have started working with CLM implementation and I have built a workflow that can generate several contracts that follow a standard flow. This workflow have task that can be assigned to different task groups depend on who started it and details from the form.Because of it I have to find a way to reference different task groups in the same steps. Can I put them in a variable?? If the answer is yes, how do I do it? Please forgive my poor english.Thanks!

This is the screenshot of an email I received in my yahoo mailbox.It appears to be from PayPal vis Docusign. But as you can see the “To Field” is “voldingz@jadevortex.cyou”. It is clearly not my yahoo email address. Also, the so called “paypal customer care” email is “v.15.gen.4operational@gmail.com”. It is clearly not from Paypal either.I wonder if this is someone created a random account on Docusign with a Gmail address and sent phishing emails VIA DOCUSIGN? Or just pretended to send emails from Docusign’s server?I also posted the raw email below the screenshot. 

Hello all,We have a button on our Salesforce Opportunities that redirects us to a standard Docusign page to generate the contract and get it into Salesforce files.Our button calls this url, providing the template id:{!URLFOR('/apex/dfsle__gendocumentgenerator', null, [sId = Opportunity.Id, templateId = 'a1OAZ0000007wXM2AY', recordId = Opportunity.Id, recordName = Opportunity.Name, title = 'Contrat'])} Once clicked, the contract is being generated and when we get back on our Opportunity in Salesforce, we can find the file related (pdf).   Our need is to replace that manual action using apex by calling Docusign API to generate and store it as file on the Opportunity. I have checked on forum, but did not find an easy to integrate solution, what would you recommend please? NB: We dont need to sign the contract, just to generate it   Thanks for your help!

Hi DocuSign Community,I have a requirement where, whenever an envelope is sent through DocuSign, the recipient currently sees "docusign.net" as the sender's email domain (e.g., dse_demo@docusign.net). Instead, I would like the recipient to see the actual email address of the person who sent the envelope (e.g., john.doe@example.com).Here are my questions: Is it possible to achieve this using DocuSign APIs? Specifically: Can we dynamically provide a unique sender email address for every envelope we send through the API? Can this email address replace the docusign.net domain so the recipient sees the actual sender's email in their inbox? If the above requirement is not possible, what are the recommended solutions to achieve better sender identification and transparency? The goal is to provide better transparency
