I understand that a Chinese Passport nor Chinese ID is not accepted when you verify your identity before signing an envelope, as the sender requires. We are sorry for the frustration and the hassle. Upon checking, it is not supported by any Identity Verification methods. So the best course of action would be to contact your sender to use another form of verification. Additionally, they are the ones who can reach out to Docusign Support, to check if it is possible to request that those be added.
