not sure what to do, please help as I am new to the api and am trying to test it out

@tejaman4433 If you’re getting an incorrect password error the only options would be to ensure you’re using the correct password or to reset your password using the “Reset password” option. If you’re certain it is the correct password I’d open up a support case for our eSign team. I’d open up the case so it’s associated with your production account.
