I have got the free trial on Business Pro . I have electronically signed a document but it has been rejected because it did not have either an AES or QES . What is the solution to the problem ? I would like to be able to sign the document in the prescribed way asap.
AES and QES are Add-On of Docusign, so you needs AES and QES module then can send envelope with AES and QES.
