Dear all, I made a power automate flow who create a envelope in docusign.When a user create a contract in dataverse/dynamics 365 CE an envelope is created in docusign.The sender of the envelope is now the owner of the connection in power automate. Is it possible to change the sender in to the person who triggers the flow? Gr Ronald  

Hi,This might be trivial but never the less. When we send documents for signing its quite common that the authorised signatory want a legal to paginate/verify the content first, how is that done in the best way? Order is not an issue, its the action, view or need to sign.

I cancelled my account in late December, 2024 or early January 2025, however, I was charged $124.73 on January 27th, 2025. I’m not sure why I was charged this amount, as the plan I was on cost less than this. When I go online to request a refund, the chat bot just won’t help me. I get sent to an article telling me how to request a refund:https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/Docusign-Refunds?However, NONE of the instructions on this page lead to anywhere that I am actually able to submit a request for a refund. I checked ALL of them, and NONE of them allow me to request a refund. One solution on the page tells me to login to the Support Center and submit a case, but when I do that, it says I need to UPGRADE my account in order to request a refund. Why do I need to PAY money to request a refund? RidiculousThen there’s also this video which is supposed to walk me through the process, but I’ve already cancelled and was wrongfully charged, so the process in this video doesn’t apply to me

I am a Docusign Administrator and i would like to download an Envelope report that was sent by another user. In particular i would like to see who completed particular fields within the envelope. Please can you advise how to download a report sent by another internal user - i am able to view the Envelope ID on the  Envelope Recipient Report 

Why does the 21 CFR Part 11 eSignature stamp show a different date/time than the time/date of signature on the certification of completion?  It looks like the stamp is defaulting to when the signature was accepted originally instead of when the document is signed.   

We have DocuSign enabled in one of salesforce org. Currently we have created 1 gen template in which 20 templates uploaded and based on rule, we are giving opportunity to user to select template, for that we have created picklist field on opportunity and based on selected template name DocuSign will generate the document and send for signature. Now for some documents, Signature is not required, we just need document which have opportunity details that is happening but user can see next button where he can proceed for sending it to signature. Can we put validation there to restrict the user as signature is not required for those documents?

I’m using Power Automate to build an automated signing process.I need a flow to run when someone signs a document. I cannot find a way to trigger this.I've tried envelope-sent and others but nothing happens.It’s frustrating I can't find documentation to describe this process which I would've though is a common scenario.

I have sent out many employee handbooks to be read and electronically signed. When I received many of them, there were other signatures from other employees that overlapped on the same document. There is supposed to be only one signature per employee, per document. How did this happen and how do I download a separate document, each with its own individual employee signature and not multiple signatures on one document?  

I am the DocuSign Admin for our company. I set up Shared access for team leaders using the setting “Allow to send on behalf”. The team leader is able to access the user’s Inbox, Sent, Completed folders but there are no envelopes visible. I am able to see there are envelopes for the shared user’s account.  Is there a setting I am missing for this issue? We have looked at the filters and that is not the issue

We're sending contracts to our clients and want the date to be automatically applied alongside their signature, without requiring a separate date field. How can we achieve this?We explored the ‘Signing Settings’ option in the admin portal but couldn’t find the "Show signing date in signature" option. Could this be related to our subscription plan, or can it be enabled by requesting support?

I have created document through rendering dynamic html content, and then converting into pdf through pdfkit library and sending though Api , after receiving  document on email  to review, and signing the document, I want to redirect to one of my application page, currently it is showing docusign signup page, but i want to redirect to my application page .I have somewhere read about redirectUrl concept, can anyone let me know full process for this.If any one can go through process to let me understand

Hello everyone!At our company, we are experiencing difficulties with Docusign cookies when signing documents.We have already conducted several tests on different laptops and browsers, allowing all possible cookies. However, the message regarding permission or rejection of cookies continues to appear for each document to be signed.We sign many documents daily, and this problem is impacting our workflow.We would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or if they have any suggestions to resolve this issue.Thank you for any help or advice you can provide!

Hi all,I am setting up document generation template in CLM and am running into an issue where multiple blank pages are included in document generation.My company utilizes a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) agreement format. In our document generation, the MSA is always generated, and SOW’s are generated based on user input in the intake form. Each SOW is unique, and is pulled into generation through merge fields throughout the master document. In order to number our documents correctly, we have inserted page breaks and section breaks throughout the document. So, for sake of demonstration, our template generation document has the following format:MSA[conditional select SOW 1]page break - section break[conditional select SOW 2]page break - section break[conditional select SOW 3]page break - section breaketc.The issue I am running into is when a user generates an agreement and Selects SOW 1 and SOW 3, there are multiple blank pages included between SOW 1 and SOW

I was wondering if anyone else figured out how to make the assignments “Resolve Comments” to show up in TASKS in Salesforce.  We created an @task assignment by adding comments on the landing page in Document Preview and assigned it as a task.  This generates emails and shows in Tasks in DS CLM but does not show in Salesforce.  Should I be doing something differently?  Most of my users are SF users, so this would be great if it showed there too.  

Does anyone know how to shrink or hide the task panel on the left hand side of Document Preview?  Is this possible from the user’s end?  I know you can hide/shrink the comments/attributes/etc. but I can’t figure out how to shrink/hide the lefthand side of the screen.  Is this a setting or does it not exist?  

Hi, I installed the Docusign Apps Launcher and eSignature for Salesforce product yesterday in Salesforce. I successfully connected to Docusign via Salesforce... I see the Apps Launcher record in Docusign Connect. Things look fine, however, I'm unable to create an envelope template from Salesforce. I'm getting a "You are not authorized to access the envelope." error when I try to create a template. I'm the admin in both Docusign and Salesforce. I have all permissions that I can think of. I have an envelope that has been completed. On reviewing the document it appears that one of the recipients ‘signed on paper’, however, I cannot see their signature in the execution panel, nor does it appear on the Docusign Certificate of Completion.Has this happened to anyone else?Has the document actually been signed in full?

Why do i not see my preference page now. I want that page to set the account as default. Spent a good amount of time looking for an answer to this but can’t find one.I have Admin access.Have a csv with data that populates all of the data no problem for contracts to be signed. Attached.I wanted to add the EmployeeID and have that pre-populate for the Employee. The same as their name and email does.I’ve created a Document Custom Field called EmployeeID and can add this to the document but it doesn’t populate the data.Tried all the different Field Types in the Document Field but none seem to work. Where possible, I’ve marked them mandatory or read only.We’d also like to populate the address and other data as well if we can get this working.

I am looking to input a text field for customers. I want them to be able to put in numbers with decimals, between a certain target value and 100. In this case, lets say 3. The issue i am running into, is that docusign is recognizing only the 1st digit in the sequence, and so while answers like 35, 62 and 90 are accepted, answers like 12 and 29 are not. I would like docusign to recognize double digit numbers, while still adhering to the lower end threshold.Here is the formula i currently have, any advice would be greatly appreciated. ^(?:[3-9]?\d(\.\d{1,2})?|100(\.00)?)$ 

I invalidated an envelope, because this person keeps receiving reminders from docusign, which is not needful anymore. This person still receives reminders from docusign. Why isn't this canceled? And how can I make sure docusign stops with sending these reminders? See the printscreen below, which says that the envelop is invalidated at 19 januar 2024. 

I’m looking into the possibility of merging together two (or more) server templates into a single PDF; currently I’m creating envelopes through Python and using Composite Templates.
