For the past few days me and my team have been trying to create a free Docusign developer account but every time we click the “Get Started” button, nothing happens.
We have tried on multiple devices (laptop, desktop, phone) and in different browsers but we are all getting the same result. There are no errors displayed, the “Get Started” button just greys out for a second then nothing happens.
Can someone please help in resolving this?

Hi @hanu19
I can try to assist. Are you and your colleagues all located in the same country and/or using the same IP address?
Do you have a paid account with us as well that you can successfully log in to?
Hi @Sarah.Smiley,
Thank you! We are all from the Philippines. We have also tried signing up using different IP addresses but we are getting the same result. This is the error we see in the console
I'm experiencing the exact same issue and understand that it's a problem on DocuSign’s end.
I’d like to open a support case as @Jerry.Withers suggested, but since I don’t have an account, I’m unable to.
Any suggestions on what I should do?
Hello @hanu19 @Hadasa,
Thank you for reaching out, and a warm welcome to the Docusign Community! We are absolutely delighted to have you here and can't wait to share our knowledge with you.
I understand the frustration you must be feeling with the Developer account issue, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Let's work together to resolve this.
Could you please try this link: Docusign Developer Account? Can you please perform the following troubleshooting:
Check if the browser needs to be updated.
Log out and Log back into the account.
Clear history and cache/cookies and set it to "All time."
Try a different browser(s).
Try to use Incognito.
Different Internet network such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
Try a different device.
Enable/disable VPN if applicable.
Could you please confirm if this is your first time creating a Developer account? Other customers I've assisted with this issue found multiple Docusign accounts associated with the email address in Pending Activation; an Organization claims the work email address used; or doesn't allow using the emails outside their work tools.
@Hadasa,
The workaround to submit a case is without logging into a production account by using the “I can’t access my account” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description.
Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!
Best regards,

@hanu19 @Hadasa Our customers meet this issue for more than 2 months. As we created case with customer support team and got the final reply for your reference:
This request still blocked by the service protection team. We don't have any better way to address this. For any sign up request, if this is blocked, could you please raise this with us, and we need to manually raise it with service protection team to review if that is a false positive. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Hi,
I have an account with you for my work email John.Davies@AhliUnited.com We were recently 'taken over' by a larger company called KFH (Kuwait Finance House). I have a power Apps ‘solution file’ using DocuSign that we are trying to deploy/import. It uses DocuSign Connectors(s). I tried to create a KFH developer account with premium features for my new KFH email and your system would not even let me get past to ‘log in’ page. You push the button to sign up and nothing happens. It looks like you are running extensive code ‘in the background’ as the same form accepts other emails I tried. Can you tell me why you will not allow me to create a developer account with my John.Davies@KFH.com email? There is no error message displayed. I have seen similar issues with other people.
@Davies You are correct about a lot of code running in the background for this function trying to provide some safeguards. This has been made necessary by all of the hacking attempts that continue to plague our industry. My first thought, has the KFH.com domain been claimed in your Docusign Admin organization? That is a frequent blocker when you can get other emails to work. If not that, creating a support ticket would be a good strategy for further in depth troubleshooting.
Regards, Jerry
Hi Jerry,
Thank you for email and prompt response ..
I am new to DocuSign. Can you tell me how I go about making sure my domain is “claimed in your Docusign Admin organization”.
Thanks In Advance
John
Hi Jerry,
One other question please. How does the ‘support ticket’ system work? Do you have to ‘pay in advance’? I tried to look for a ticketing system. Is it behind a ‘pay wall’? do I have to subscribe to some of your other support teams to get there.?
Domain claiming is done by an Organization admin at Admin>Organization>Domains which also shows the list of claimed domains. Thanks for the follow-up and keep us posted on your progress, please.
Regards, Jerry
Once again .. thank you Jerry for your prompt reply ..
Now I tried the link and got what I think is a ‘Pay Wall’ see attached. (To book a ticket doi I need to get past here?)
I then navigated to ‘The DocuSign Home Page’ … Went to clicked on Admin (for the first time). Now I saw lots of links but not Organization, so I could check for KFH, image 2. Am I in the right place?
Now it looks like my ‘free account’ has expired. unfortunately, our DocuSign project is just starting even though my account was opened last year .
Thanks in Advance … and have a great weekend
Kind Regards
John
@Davies Again, I appreciate the follow-up. The ticketing system requires a login. For your eSign account, you will want to use the button on the left, then enter your credentials. This may be helpful https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-Do-I-Open-a-Case-in-the-DocuSign-Support-Center?language=en_US. Support can help you identify your account status and availability of Organization Management features. Looking at your screenshot, I would guess Org Admin is not enabled for your account, so other troubleshooting steps would apply. Its possible the domain was claimed in some other account and they can spot that while you and I can’t. Regards, Jerry
