I have successfully integrated docusign connect in my development environment, and it is working well.
Then I moved to production environment, and it is not working. There is not any option in the docusign production account to configure the webhook.

Help me on setting up webhook for the production account.

@BIBEK what’s the full url? and check the logs and failures in the connect. you can click the record and find the detail logs.

Hey ​@Hengfeng Ge, there is no connect option in my production account.


@BIBEK what's your plan? standard or business pro? when do your account create? connect is available in standard plan in the early last year. if your plan is standard before last year, you needs let support enable for you. and could you try open a case without login? you can search in bing or google : Docusign how to open a case. then can find this option in the end of this document.

I have a personal plan. So, connect is not available in standard plan if I upgrade to it now? May be I have to get business pro for connect.

@BIBEK Yes, Business pro has more commonly used features. upgrade to business pro is a good idea.
