I amended a document before signing but a crucial line was truncated on the pdf. I was able to see the full line on the document in docusign but now it it is truncated here too. How can I proof the amendment I made?
Hey
Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community, where amazing Community members and Moderators are always ready to share knowledge with you.
To understand the issue better, could you confirm if you are the signer? Can you provide more details about the issue? Would you happen to have a screenshot you can share without any Personal Identifiable Information?
The more information you share, the better we can help you out. We look forward to your update.

Thank you for your reply. I am the signer. I inserted text into one of the boxes. It looked like it was all there but now I can see the text has been truncated and only the first letter of the last word is visible. The text goes up to the end of the line and there is no room for the rest of the word so it’s not there.
Thank you. I added text to a line which has been truncated. The text is there and can be seen Adobe Acrobat but not Acrobat Reader.
Thanks for trying to help. I have twice replied with the screenshot you requested but my reply is not being posted.
Hello
Thank you for getting back to me. Please be advised that screenshots were removed due to Personal Information, and we prioritize your safety as this is a public forum.
Upon analyzing the scenario, the text box did not text wrap when you were filling it in at the time of signing. This behavior is expected. The sender should have adjusted the location of the text box or expanded it by dragging its corners. If you come across the same for future envelopes, I recommend reporting it to the sender before the signing process is completed to make necessary corrections. Unfortunately, the envelope has already been completed and cannot be corrected. If your goal is to see the information in the text box, try accessing your Docusign Inbox where this envelope was sent, and then Download Form Data. If the "Download Form Data" option is not available, you will need to reach out to your sender to facilitate this action.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Let us know if we can help with anything else. Wishing you a smooth rest of your day!
Best,
