A customer wants us to change so minformation regarding who sent the sign document in the PDF signature panel.Today it looks like this:and we need to have it look like this:The pictures is only for you to understand the issue we have.Are there any quick solutions to this?

Hello folks,Once the signing process is completed, all participants are receiving email notifications with a message along the lines of: I would like to inquire if there is any way to customize the contents of these emails. It appears that the notification includes the phrase "All parties have completed" and repeats the content from the last email, which does not look ideal.Could you please advise on how I can modify or remove this repetitive text?

Our organization is using DocuSign SSO.  After successful SSO users always land on https://apps.docusign.com/send/home page. We would like our users to be redirected the Drafts view instead - https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents?view=draft Usually in SAML SSO this is done via RelayState parameter but DocuSign is ignoring this parameter. Is there a way to force DocuSign to go to a different page/view after SSO?Thanks. 

I see two dashboards in esig.  is there a way that we can create custom dashboards?  Not using insite.

We have been receiving Envelope activation failed email notifications from DocuSign for applicants who successfully completed and signed their DocuSign envelope. None of these envelopes were voided or re-sent prior to completing/successfully signing. We don’t know why these emails are being triggered by DocuSign. I confirmed with one of these members that they saw no errors when they completed their DocuSign, it finalized/completed as normal. It looks like maybe the member is trying to access the envelope or signed documents and we get this notification?  

If you need to void an envelope, do you get a envelope unit added back to your usage? Is there any way that you can be issued a credit for an envelope that may need to be re-delivered for any reason?

We have a number of senior stakeholders who need to be able to sign documents as themselves and on behalf of the company.We know we can create multiple signatures so each has a unique name AND the same secondary signature I.E. Jim Smith and Joe Bloggs Inc.  Another partner will have Chris Adams and Joe Bloggs Inc.How do we select which signature is used when signing?   Does the system track which individual signed on behalf of the company in the Certificate of Completion I.E. does it know it was Jim using Joe Bloggs Inc and not Chris? Can we make a system level signature that all affected individuals can access without all logging into the same account I.E a shared signature?Any assistance greatly received.Jason

Is it possible to create envelope templates that have dynamic field sizes? For example, we have templates with static (text) field sizes that can include anywhere between a sentence and a full page of text.  Using a static field thus can cause issues because the size is too small or otherwise too large (large blank spaces). Appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

Hi All,Thank you in advance for any help.I am wanting to create formulas for calculating certain fields, and I know how to do that, but my issue is, I am giving my data labels a unique name, but when I go to create the formula, the data label isn’t always there. Some appear, some don’t. I may have to edit the name several times before I can see it in the list to add to the formula. Am I doing something wrong?

After Android Docusign app shares a document that was signed and supposedly sent to a specific email address you inserted, how do you know that it was sent and received by that person? I received my copy, but can not tell if a copy was shared to the other individual.

About a month ago, I accidentally entered a wrong initial for a document and finished it. The sender sent another document at that time, but it did not let me change my initial. I have already made sure my initial is correct in my account profile. Today, the sender send another document, but I still cannot change my initial. It only gives the option Resize and Clear. Can you please help fixing the initial on my account? Thank you. 

What is the best option for having a document updated yearly? I have a group of individuals who have already filled out/signed the document, but I need them to go in every year or so and make any updates to their circumstances in the document. Is it best to just send a new one along? Or should I copy the old one and then re-send? TYIA!

So I have a partnership agreement that 180 partners need to sign. They all need to sign the same knw. So 180 signatures on a single document. What's the easiest way to set that up?  I assume bulk upload?  The Excel file has their name, email, and they are in the order they need to sign. The document has a line where each partner needs to sign. It's basically about 20 blank pages with blank lines. Would I put a name field and a signature field on each line?  Do I label the data property on each signature field and name field? Just curious how k would set that up on the PDF and then the csv file Thanks!

I started emailing and calling to have my plan downgraded weeks before my renewal, but my account rep and her backups were unavailable. Customer service told me that they couldn’t change the account and kept opening tickets and cases for an account rep to help. It has been four weeks now, and the auto-renewal has been processed. I am now being told by customer service that the plan can not be changed since the auto-renewal just went through and to speak to an account rep. How do you get a hold of someone who can help in this company?

does docusign meet Florida building code requirements?

I have a client who is trying to accept a clickwrap form, but after clicking the accept button, the page keeps loading and does not go to the next page to request a copy of the clickwrap.Is this a clickwrap configuration issue, an account issue, or simply a cookie issue?thanks for your support!
