Second signatory ability to view envelope before first party signs?

Hello:

Is there the ability for DocuSign - while restricting delivery to only the first signatory, then releasing to the secondary once signed - to notify the second signatory that an envelope has been created, and allow them to view, while restricting signature until the first party has signed?

At present, we have it set up so that the second signatory does not receive notice, or the ability to view the documents, until after the first signatory has signed.

I looked at a Conditional Routing conversation here, but am unsure if that will resolve this need.

Have enabled the Signing Order checkbox? If so, add number 2 to the second recipient and change to Receives a Copy.

So the 2nd only will get a notification and view the envelope after the first signer signs the document.
