Do i need docusign license for signing document?i know License is needed to send documents out for signature.

I have created a contract in PDF format.  Every contract is for a different customer.  The contract is partly populated from our database and partly completed with unique information in fillable areas and then saved.  The contract is then uploaded into DocuSign and a template is applied.  For some people this works perfectly, and all the fields are allocated the correct “initial/signature” spots.  In all cases an initial pop-up window appears saying that “Form Fields were found” and once the template is applied, another pop-up appears saying “Template was successfully applied.”  However, once we move to the contract itself, and the window below pops up with the option to “Keep PDF form data” and that is selected, we get a perfect contract, if this window does not pop up the initials/signatures are off to the right and aren’t lined up where they should be.  I cannot find a solution to this problem online.  I have looked at whether it is a difference between using Chrome or Edge and a

Hello DocuSign Community,I am working on a form where I need to capture specific numeric values in a "Score" field based on the radio button (bullet point) selected by the user. Currently, I can only set up rules to show or hide fields based on the selection, but I need to directly populate a number field with a predefined value corresponding to each bullet point selected.Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: Depending on which bullet point the user selects, a corresponding numeric value should automatically fill a separate "Score" field. For example, if Option A is selected, the Score field should automatically be set to 100, Option B to 70, and so forth.The existing rules functionality only allows me to show or hide fields but does not support assigning values directly. Is there a workaround or a method within DocuSign to accomplish this?Thank you for your help!

I was asked to sign a document by someone and one of the questions is asking for my phone number. I don’t understand what format they want me to enter the phone number in. I have tried entering it in normally and with dashes. The sample format they gave me was #, # # #. ##. which makes no sense.

We use DocuSign for time and attendance slips.  We have noticed that a time slip will be signed by the associate, manager, and HR, but we continue to receive duplicate copies of the slip.  The manager reports similar duplicate e-mails.  I recently received an e-mail from a time slip that had been completed in August.  Is there a way to prevent this?  

Hey there!I've been trying to pay repeatedly for my docusign plan for two weeks now. Unfortunately, I can't process the payment, but my bank couldn't tell me where the problem is. It is said that the payment is with the supplier's payment gateway.I'm trying to get somewhere through docusign support, but it's completely useless... I have a document in an envelope which I want 2 people to sign and I need to include their name and job title in the document.  The first person is in my organisation so I know their name and job title so that can be text in the original document.  I think I know the person in the other organisation, but to cater for when I need to resend to a different person, I’ve used the Name field which uses the name from the recipient details. For the job title, I’ve tried to use Title from the standard fields and set it to Read Only expecting to get a box to enter text (as seen in support ) but I only have the options shown in the screenshot.Is this functionality dependent on the plan I have?

Am using company provided mail address which i would like to change. Please advice.

I often need to use the digital stamp, but I can’t find this feature on the iOS mobile app.I also tried to use the web browser on my iPad, but this functionality seems to be missing too.Is there a workaround for this limitation on mobile devices?Thank you for your support.Tony

When signing a document the next document that is proposed is the most recent one to be approved however I would prefer to have the oldest one be proposed. Can this setting be changed?  Reason being is if you’re always signing the most recent - the older ones will keep getting pushed out. First is first out. not last in first out

Has anyone had a recipient get a notification that says they no longer have access because the sender corrected one or more of the documents? I was the sender and I downloaded the completed forms but never edited or even touched the actual information in those documents. The recipient received a message saying:“[SENDER] has corrected individual document A, B, C, and/or D. As a result, you no longer have access.” Thoughts?Thanks!

Is there a way to add the file number the disbursement for the envelope will be charged to so it will show on reports?

My question is if I purchase extra envelopes, how long do I have to use them? Do the newly purchased unused envelopes expire when my plan renews, or is a separate time frame in which I have to use them based on the date of purchase? My plan renews next month, so I don’t want unused envelopes that won’t carry over past the automatic renewal date. I can make due with the amount I have left until my renewal if need be.

I created a template and powerform in sandbox.  The powerform was tested and works well.  When I downloaded the template and uploaded to production and created a powerform, the conditional routing is removed.  Shouldn’t this work in production?  I have the same groups in TEST and PROD

Hi there, I have a rather unusual question. I sent a document to a customer for signature an recieved a scanned PDF document with a handwritten signature besides my digital signature coming from docusign. Is it possible to upload this to the envelope, or do I definitely have to ask the customer to use the digital signing process. Best RegardsBen

Hey Community! Wondering if anyone can help ?! My organisation is considering attaching .PDF’s to our ‘Completion’ emails...so they would be made available to our recipients in a more convenient method. I have found a DocuSign article which states “For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the Docusign system.”...BUT when we have tested, a document over 5mb was not attached (expected & as per the text above) - But a doc UNDER 5mb was also not attached? We were hoping the doc under 5mb would be attached as a .pdf. Has anyone encountered this issue or had experience operating the Completion email attaching the docs as .PDF’s Please? Tks in advance.

Is there a way to resend an envelope to just one person? I have a document that needs multiple signors. The rest have signed but one signor asked me to resend. If I do that will all the signors have to sign again?

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble figuring out how to use DocuSign for signing documents with a qualified signature. Before subscribing, I read several articles and watched a few videos, which convinced me that DocuSign supports qualified signatures compatible with certain government institutions (I specifically need it for INPI in France).I learned that identity verification is required for this feature. When comparing subscription plans, I didn’t see any indication that qualified signatures or identity verification were limited to certain plans, so I went ahead and purchased the basic plan.Now, I can’t find anything about qualified signatures or identity verification in my account. I’ve spent an hour clicking through the UI and rereading the online manuals, but I’m still stuck.I have no idea what steps I need to take next to enable and use a qualified signature.
