Anyone else with an oversized footer, blocking the view in Envelopes?

Hi there, Has anyone else got a problem with the footer ‘sticking’ and blocking the view as you scroll down when you’re in an Envelope? It’s only happened this week - all was fine before Xmas. It’s happening to me and a colleague. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

No, it doesn’t.  It wouldn’t show the boxes even doing that.  I did mess with the browser Zoom and I was able to see all of the recipient boxes except 1, but it was at 50%, so now I can’t read it😂

I discovered that I can see more by using my desktop vs my laptop, but now it’s messed up with a tiny window for the actual document and the document itself is at 81% Zoom.

I don’t understand, I’ve never had this issue until yesterday.  Did I accidentally hit something?

I’m not sure I follow. You can’t see the recipient boxes at all or you can see them, but only if you change the zoom?

You could try the fixes mentioned above - logging in via a different computer (which you seemed to have done), logging in via private/incognito mode, clearing cache, using a different browser - to see if you can reset the view.

Yes!  As of yesterday I cannot enter any recipients because it won’t show the boxes so that I can enter their names.  The only thing I can do on that page is upload a document

@BeckyT1977

Have you tried the usual fixes: using a different browser, different computer, clearing the cache, logging in using incognito/private mode…? I recall there being an issue with the scrolling a few years back - but it was fixed after a few days.

good luck

@21Mike  There is a ^ to show/hide the recipients to the right side of the screen - does clicking on that help? (it’s not as obvious as it should be)

good luck

If I reduce the zoom to 50%, I can see the recipient boxes, but it’s so small I can’t really see what I’m typing in there.

I’ve been using Microsoft Edge.

I think the issue might be something with my desktop only.

I will keep working on it.

Thank you for the help
