How to undo an item to be purged?

Does anyone know how to stop an item from being purged? I made a mistake in putting a 1 year restriction on old agreements and am seeing a lot of my signed agreements to be purged in 14 days. Is there any way to stop this from happening? THANK YOU for any help, insights, support! Julie

@JulieReisler - if you disable it, they will be retained. You can read additional information on the topic under “changing retention period” towards the bottom of the page. Hope that helps!

Hi Julie - as long as the 14 day period hasn’t passed, if you go into your Admin settings and disable the document retention period, the documents will be retained.

Ok, so I did that but I’m still seeing the ‘purged soon’ check mark next to the docs...are you sure they’ll still be retained even with that notification? THANK YOU! :)
