To confirm, are you following the Set Up or Edit Conditional Routing guide? To set up conditional routing for recipients in an envelope, you need to add fields for the regular recipient and define the conditional routing group name. Then, select the recipient field to use for conditional routing and add rules based on the field's value. You can set rules for text fields, text fields with number validation, formula fields, dropdowns, radio buttons, and checkbox groups. Finally, specify the conditional recipient in the "ROUTE TO" recipient list.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
