when i would login, i had two profiles to choose from: Charles Schwab and then one for my business. Now when i login, it automatically goes schwab docusign. I CAN'T access my business docusign because it DOESN'T present itself as option. I know its still active because i have linked up to Black Diamond docusign integration and i can see my templates i wanted to update.
I think the password for the two account is different. you can change the password to same, then it can switch profile.
