My issue is that a client’s DocuSign requests are rejected as “The email account that you tried to reach does not exist,” but regular emails to the same address go through. Not sure why the DocuSign emails are being flagged as “wrong address.”

Is it possible to test QES in the 30-day-trial period? If I follow “Send with QES” https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=xcm1643837555908&topicId=wjg1635415874371.html&_LANG=enus, th Option “Add identity verification ” is not offered in “”CUSTOMIZE”.

Can i turn a community question into a community idea?

Docusign has not been functioning correctly for 3 days.I can log in, create an envelop, upload the document, and then the application stops, a blank page is displayed and nothing move. I have not been able to sign anything for 3 days.I have tried egde and chrome, PDFs and DOCs…Is there a solution to this? Of course SUPPORT is useless...so here I am...last attempt

For purposes of office organization, can we change the subject line after a Docusign email has been sent to the client?  In our own inbox?

Hello.Premise I am new to DocuSign and have a time-constrained task to perform, so apologies in advance for my ignorance on the topic and for raising the question directly to the community (I promise I’ll read the documentation in the meantime).I need to send 3 documents to some customers and was wondering:if I could chain the documents so that I would not have to send 3 separate links if I could create a dependency amongst them (so, if a customer signs document 1 they can see document 2; if they sign document 2 they can see document 3).If the above is doable, would you mind sharing how?Thanks

Please note that we have an enquiry related to the signing order and I don’t know how I can request support on it. Can you please assist me? The enquiry relates to the case as this is descripted below: A user inputs a document for signature with 5 signees in sequence. On the way the 4th signee would like to add a new user as 5 (number 5 user will be 6). Kindly advise if this is possible and if yes please guide me how I can do it.

Hi DocuSign,  I received an email from DocuSign Tax Department <taxid@docusign.com>advising me to update ABN information. I found it weird as I am pretty sure that I have already provided an ABN when I Sign up with DocuSign. Please see attached the details of their email and DocuSign IT Team, please do something about this scam. They are using your name and it’s very deceptive, they need to stop. If it turns out that this is legit, please let me know so I can make necessary update to the account.

Hi All,Is it possible at all to have a line break, e.g. \r\n within the CSV for particular text fields?An example would be a custom field for addresses, so rather than have:1 The Close, Best City, BC01 0BCInstead it’s:1 The CloseBest CityBC01 0BCI’ve tried a few variations (\r\n, \r, \n, \\n, \\r) but each time the backslash just escapes the next character and returns whitespace rather than a line break. I’ve also tried double quotes around the text with an actual new line but the import process then thinks this is a new row.Thanks,Matt

I need to send the same form to thousands of people. In test, the form sends for with my email id as the sender. How can I change the final version so that it replaces my email with a generic company id?

Is there a way the sender can see what I added to a document if I don’t press “Finish”? Even if I press “finish later”, sender can’t see it.Filled in information for the Sender, “Mount Sinai representative”,however it requires me to get the Mt Sinai Representative signature before accepting “Finish” but she cant see my changes.If I choose option “decline to sign”, or assign to someone else it says the document ill be voidedPer her request, I sent a pdf generated documentover email to her.

Hi, I’ve tried to search for an answer but can’t find anything which relates to what I need. I would like to be able to disable autofill of recipients (from both the personal contact list and the user list). Is this possible ? I know how to edit my contact list but I’ve had a couple of users sending documents to incorrect people as it has pre-populated a previous email address and they haven’t noticed. Any ideas anyone?

Hello - can a template I created and shared with another user, be sent by that user using the bulk send option? Looking over her shoulder, I don’t see the bulk send as on option for her. Does she just need administrator permission to do this? Thanks!  

If we activate witness signing option, does it impact  the consumption of DocuSign envelopes. The document signed by one person, then one envelope is used. Now that we have a witness and a person signing does this consume 2 envelopes ?

Is there a way to set the default text to a specific font and size? The default settings - Lucida Console, size 9 - are awful.  

I can't figure out how to password protect a completed DocuSign PDF whilst keeping the 'signed and all signatures are valid' section intact to prove it is an officially completed Docusigned document. Can this be done?

Recently, I rented an Airbnb.  The Lessor sent me a contract via Docusign.  I know I signed and returned the document but now I cannot locate it.  I subsequently opened a Docusign account attempting to locate the document but have been unsuccessful.  I checked with the Lessor and he said that he never sent such a contract.  I checked with Airbnb and they said that they never sent a document.Can you please help me locate the document?  Thank you!
