Hi Team,I am currently using a developer account (https://apps-d.docusign.com/) to test docusign integration using REST API: POST- https://{ServiceDomain}/restapi/{Version}/accounts/{AccountId}/envelopes to create envelope. My requirement is to hide the envelope ID from document.I am passing envelopeIdStamping== false in request JSON but It is not working.If I go to Sending settings in https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/sending-settings, then the options are greyed out. I saw multiple support article on this issue and found  “To include the Envelope ID on documents, the feature must be enabled by your Docusign administrator in the account Sending Settings.But not sure how to do it. Where in my account can I find out when the next date occurs that I can send an envelope?  I am on the most basic of sending 5 envelopes a month.  But not the beginning of the month.  Where do I find out what my window of time or billing date is? I pay annually so don’t see a monthly notification or I’d deduct the date.Thanks for ANY help.  I was embarrassed with a customer this morning when I couldn’t tell them WHEN they’d be receiving their contract. 

I have a document with a lot of checkboxes.  Is it possible to have a checkbox or button at the top that the person can select that will allow them to check all the boxes at once?  They would prefer not to have the boxes preselected but want to be able to check them all at once.  Not sure if there is a way to do this.

I am sending a purchase agreement.  I need to obtain signatures from the 2 sellers before the agreement is routed to several buyers.  I don’t need the buyers to sign in any particular order.  Can I label the sellers both with a “1” and then label all other signers as “2”?

Is there a way to select multiple envelopes to be corrected? I can only correct one at a tme and need to correct many more. Thanks.

I have a customer who subscribe corporate plan before and didn’t renewal this year around June and now they can’t open the account.In the mean time, they realize that they haven’t completed download and they want to access the account again to see the history.My question, How long DocuSign keep the document and is that possible for them to renew the old account so that they can access all history? Hi, on my tab it is stating I have 2 envelopes expiring soon. However when I click on these the box is empty?

We send lots of grants for signature and sometimes one grant can go to 32 boroughs / 32 people who need to signdo you have any ideas of an easier way to send multiple documents (different documents) to different people for signature without having to upload them one by one on docusign? 

Does Docusign have a feature to download an original copy of a contract into a word version?

Hi, I have an Org admin privilege and I’m trying to add myself as an account admin for couple of accounts underneath the Org, but I couldn’t find the DS admin option in eSignature.is it because only an account admin with ‘DS admin’ privilege can grant me access? Thanks,Mounika

I'd like to enable Password Rules and Expiry. I was wondering what will hapen for existing users? Will they receive an e-mail to change their passwords immediately? Should they changed their password before I enable the new security requirement?

Some of our letters need only the day of the month and not the entire date. When I try to access the settings, it does not allow me to modify.For Example it will say On this day _____, of March 2024. But Docusign wont allow me to change the settings.

We have around 115 users, which all get templates by group ‘everyone’. Our newest user can’t see any templates. Her account was created as always. We re-created the account already. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I checked all permissions. Any ideas welcome! Thanks in advance.

Hello, should a signature drawn by mobile phone have authentication seal around the name. Has anyone ever run into that situation where no authentication no time stamp / signed by seal was around the signature?

I have a user who wants to use bulk send, but in the CSV, they want to add specific data like contract number and company. Scenario: We have to send specialized offer letters to ~200 new hires. This will be a standard template with customized fields for each hire (e.g. Name, address, etc.). We were thinking of using mail merge in office along with the data in excel to create all of the letters.Question: Can we do this directly in Docusign and create the unique envelops to be signed by each new hire. Alternatively, is there a way to bulk create envelopes and with the proper attached document for each person to save time.Goal: looking to save time by not having to manually create ~200 docusign envelops via template and fill in the fields / upload docs one by one Apologies if this has been answered before.Best,Roman

Hi Community….hope you’re having a decent week. QQ - I’ve noticed that if had a user (lets call them User 1)….and they had shared access to user 2...if I close then reactivate User 1 - that user still has shared access to user 2?!….seems like a bug as I would have thought when you Close a user - any / all shared access is revoked by design, and would have to be set up again (post reactivation) ? I created a powerform to distribute to volunteers via a link so that I dont have to email each individual the same form. However, when I click on the link from a personal email to test the form, it says “this document is now complete” without having any of the fillable fields filled in and submitted. How can I fix this?

During signing a document, the I do not receive the SMS from the system, even-though I am sure mobile number is correct, I receive regular SMS messages from other systems on the same number, can the authentication be through e-mail instead of SMS? how to overcome this issue since I have a deadline need to sign before it

I am working on hosting a standard webform which requires the user to upload an attachment during the signing ceremony of the envelope.We are using power automate connectors at the back end to move these attachments to a downstream location. These connectors come with a limitation that it can only transfer files with a maximum size of 20MB. Is there any way we can limit the file size of the attachment in DocuSign level that the user can upload files up to only 20MB instead of the default 25MB limit from DocuSign. Or is there a way to validate the file size to 20MB at the template level.We prefer to have the restriction on the DocuSign level as customizing the connectors is a challenge as our organization is not flexible with it and also we’d mitigate the risk at the user input level.
