Hi Community….hope you’re having a decent week. QQ - I’ve noticed that if had a user (lets call them User 1)….and they had shared access to user 2...if I close then reactivate User 1 - that user still has shared access to user 2?!….seems like a bug as I would have thought when you Close a user - any / all shared access is revoked by design, and would have to be set up again (post reactivation) ? Any help much appreciated. Thanks, Mike
Hello
Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.
Keep in mind that closing a user will affect access to certain user data. What happens to a user's data once the user is closed?
What you are describing should be expected, because when you reactive a closed user all the configuration that was set prior the closing will be also reactivated.

Thanks Christopher. I’m surprised by the answer as I assumed once a user is Closed, any & all ‘privileges’ they enjoyed (post closure) would be removed but good to know! Thanks again
