Is there a way to transfer envelopes between Accounts in different Sites?
e.g. from an Account in NA1 to an Account in NA2

Unfortunately, no. You can transfer envelopes through an Organization between accounts on the same site: Envelope Transfer Overview

What other alternatives do we have, if we somehow want to save this history (old envelopes) but unlink this account from our organization?
