I created a powerform to distribute to volunteers via a link so that I dont have to email each individual the same form. However, when I click on the link from a personal email to test the form, it says “this document is now complete” without having any of the fillable fields filled in and submitted. How can I fix this?

Are you using a signing order? If you aren’t you will need to enable it and set your initiator role as the first in the order. For more details on what is required from a template that will be used to create a PowerForm, see:
