Where in my account can I find out when the next date occurs that I can send an envelope?  I am on the most basic of sending 5 envelopes a month.  But not the beginning of the month.  Where do I find out what my window of time or billing date is? I pay annually so don’t see a monthly notification or I’d deduct the date.

Thanks for ANY help.  I was embarrassed with a customer this morning when I couldn’t tell them WHEN they’d be receiving their contract.

Your envelope quota will reset once you reach your account’s billing cycle date. You can find your current billing configuration in Settings>Plan and Billing.

If you are working with a commercial (web) plan, you can purchase extra envelopes by adding more seats to your account in Settings>Change Plan. In the case that you might be working with an enterprise level contract with us, you are welcome to purchase extra envelope batches at any time. You can direct your request to your Account Team or create a new support case routed to the Account Services team, and they will happily assist you through the process. For more details on how to purchase extra envelopes, see:
