Your envelope quota will reset once you reach your account’s billing cycle date. You can find your current billing configuration in Settings>Plan and Billing.

If you are working with a commercial (web) plan, you can purchase extra envelopes by adding more seats to your account in Settings>Change Plan. In the case that you might be working with an enterprise level contract with us, you are welcome to purchase extra envelope batches at any time. You can direct your request to your Account Team or create a new support case routed to the Account Services team, and they will happily assist you through the process.
