5 Sends in 30 days but starting over for the month WHEN?

Question

Where in my account can I find out when the next date occurs that I can send an envelope? I am on the most basic of sending 5 envelopes a month. But not the beginning of the month. Where do I find out what my window of time or billing date is? I pay annually so don’t see a monthly notification or I’d deduct the date.

Thanks for ANY help. I was embarrassed with a customer this morning when I couldn’t tell them WHEN they’d be receiving their contract.

Hi @EventVenue,Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.Your envelope quota will reset once you reach your account’s billing cycle date. You can find your current billing configuration in Settings>Plan and Billing.View Plan and Billing InformationIf you are working with a commercial (web) plan, you can purchase extra envelopes by adding more seats to your account in Settings>Change Plan. Inthe case that you might be working with an enterprise level contract with us, you are welcome to purchase extra envelope batches at any time.
