New user can-'t see templates

We have around 115 users, which all get templates by group ‘everyone’. Our newest user can’t see any templates. Her account was created as always. We re-created the account already. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? I checked all permissions.

 

Any ideas welcome! Thanks in advance.
